So.... Dalkore sure seems quiet about his claim to be rescuing us.

Last we heard from him - a week ago - he claimed that Hashfast Eddie was on the verge of more public announcements to explain their fuckups and to "make good on expectations set forth before".

"Making good" so far seems to be a dubious power outage and no further explanations.

Dalkore, what do you say now?

Great News! Ciara has resolved factory floor issues and will be working over the weekend to fulfill Batch-2 and resume shipping on Monday.

Then an upside-down picture of @NetDiva and @bendybutterfly at the S.F. Bitcoin Job Fair...

Ciara was doing the old PCB design, and they said they had a new factory for the evo's.  But Garrett turned out to be fraud we all thought he was so I hope Ciara is making evo boards....

The only thing Ciara does is assembling things, nothing else. PCBs are being made elsewhere and shipped to Ciara, that adds psu, cooling and a case.

So TLDR last 100 pages; did they stop pretending they will send out MPP, or are they still going with the magical pull out of rectum date of June. Because there must be a silicon shortage right that gets resolved on may 31?

Anyone see this Techcrunch Article...

http://techcrunch.com/2014/05/05/dont-trust-bitcoin-startups-that-centralize-everything/

It mentions someone by the name of Peter Smith and notes prior to his current role as COO of blockchain.info he invested in Bitcoin companies.  Anyone know if it is the same Peter Smith listed as an Executive Officer on HashFast SEC form D filing?  If so I wonder what he has to say about what is going on there.

Ahh the peter smith mystery.

See http://www.reddit.com/r/Bitcoin/comments/1yxnft/could_fortress_be_the_one_acquisitioning_mtgox_a/

coincidence?

Couldn't really find a link from peter smith of blockchain to hashfast. he's not following or being followed by any hashfast employees. Hasn't ever spoken out about mining.

The SEC filling doesn't have his middle name on it. I'm guessing that it's probably not him.

From the article:

[“Plaintiff simply alleges no facts sufficient to raise an inference that at the time Plaintiff placed his pre-order, HashFast never intended to—or knew they could not—ship the Baby Jet units by their then advertised delivery dates,” HashFast’s motion continues.

HashFast also argues that Morici’s original complaint did not adequately cite specific alleged misrepresentations by the company’s two principals, deCastro and Barber, and cannot be raised in subsequent motions. The motion to dismiss also seems to imply that HashFast Technologies and HashFast LLC may not, in fact, have anything to do with one another.

“Therefore, the Opposition necessarily concedes that Plaintiff has no facts to suggest that [HashFast LLC Delaware] had any involvement in the development, manufacturing, and/or sales of the Baby Jet mining computers, or that might indicate the existence of an alter-ego relationship between HashFast and [HashFast LLC Delaware],” the motion concludes.[/quote]

Cryptocrimson also has an article on HashFast:

ASIC MANUFACTURER HASHFAST FACING FRAUD ACCUSATIONS
http://cryptocrimson.com/2014/05/asic-manufacturer-hashfast-facing-fraud-accusations/

Well, you reap what you sow HashFast. Can't say I'm surprised. Sad.

I for one decided not to take the legal route on the assumption that once production was ramped up in January the promised MPP was soon to follow. Now the likely outcome will be that HF is insolvent by the time they are 'planning' to ship the MPP in June. Not that it matters by that time anyway.

Goodbye and good riddance.

really?! im order #1983. to my astonishment, HF actually returned my request for order status yesterday, via Twitter direct message! they said my order should ship within 2 days since I am "near the top of the batch 2 queue". so if they shipped 1980 today then, (hold on to your hats!) it appears HF has just, possibly, BEEN HONEST 4 ONCE!!!!!

of course, I wanted a refund and have been asking for months...  but whatever, i will be estatic just to get anything at this point!!

Question @bkminer: Did they send you an email with tracking # or anything? how did they notify you? I need to make sure someone is available to receive my high tech space heater.

I've got a Batch 2 order number in the mid-2100s.  Anyone here have one higher?

You can bet that if those two Peter Smiths are the same person that he's running away from being associated with Hashfast just as fast as he can.

I was order #1955 and received my sierra on April 17. If they're shipping via consecutive order numbers or anything similar to that then their progress is painfully...criminally slow.

You should receive shipping notifications and tracking updates from fedex, though I don't recall all the available shipping options LAST FRIGGIN YEAR when I ordered.

I think it was:

[ ]  Take my money and fail and/or fart around and/or mine with my hardware for six months or more after the quoted delivery date (very expensive)

[ ]  Take my money and fail and/or fart around and/or mine with my hardware for six months or more plus a few more days  after the guaranteed delivery date (expensive)

[ ]  Take my money and fail and/or fart around and/or mine with my hardware for six months or more plus a week or more after the guaranteed delivery date (moderate)

I can't believe it either. 3 fukkin weeks to go from order #1955 to #1983 and I believe most of those order #s were upgrades they likely skipped, least that's how it looked when last I cared about their order list. It seems likely a non-scamming company would have shipped both our orders on the same day...late last year.

Congrats?

"We have been converting existing system and board orders, even those who have requested a refund or sought legal action, to ASICs orders."

They fired half of their staff and hired someone who knows how to manage money.  They also appear to be going back to their core competency "Bitcoin ASIC technology".  What have they been focusing on? Partying and trolling their customer base?
