Pffff....

Look at that disaster...  Angry
Unlike traditional banking where clients have only a few account numbers, with Bitcoin people can create an unlimited number of accounts (addresses). This can be used to easily track payments, and it improves anonymity.

Does anyone have one bare Golden Nonce chip that they are willing to sell? I am trying to build up a documentation on the evolution of crypto currency mining.

Thanks

That government form is not allowing me to register my proper address. It does not accept non US states or zip codes. Should I fax proof of claim to Jessica Mickelsen's fax number  as listed on the creditor matrix?

No, the hardcopy of the proof of claim has to be filed via standard mail, unfortunately.

I think perhaps if the creditor (you) are not a US citizen or have a US address the online form will not work for you.

Others have been able to file their claim through this online form:
https://ecf.canb.uscourts.gov/cgi-bin/autoFilingClaims.pl

If someone knows for sure if everyone needs to send their claim form by mail or only if you are not from/living in the US it would be helpful to clarify for everyone.

Thanks

So this would be John Skrodenis of Hashfast;

www.linkedin.com/in/johnskrodenis

Yes it is, but as you can see Skropenis is influence by three great guys, one of which is Andrew 'Flip' Filipowski of Sunlot. You remember Sunlot, don't you? Ergo, nothing further to see here.

the HFB comes with a one page manual "Welcome to your new Baby Jet" and a 3 (three) page "Cover our ass Limited Hardware Warranties" stating you are SOL when the hardware does not work as it's always your fault when it breaks.
Now, this is funny.

It's clear the lawyer has completely taken over any common sense
Looks like so... Btw, have anyone ever noticed that one of the business address we have of HF is exactly the same as the lawyers' business address?

Welcome to the new offices of Ettinger, Barber, de Castro, Johnson, Skropenis, Screwem, Cheatem & Howe.

BTW, there's no reason for bitcoiners to swarm over to http://capacitor.squarespace.com/board/, for there's nothing, I repeat, nothing, Bitcoin related that can be gleaned there.

On a side note, I wonder how large the biggest bed in the world is and, is it big enough?

~TMIBTCITW

Hell, forgo the bed and hit the Hot Tub on the third floor of Bitropolis.

Adam T. Ettinger's Strategic Counsel Corp. is now located in Brock Pierce's Bitropolis behind a desk in one of the cubicles (limited offices there on the third floor of 227 Broadway).

Adam has had the privilege of representing leaders in semiconductors, networking technology, digital currencies, social gaming, internet advertising, and mobile apps, including AMD, Apple, BitGo, DeviceScape, Intel, Lucrative Gaming (fgl), Magma Design, Network Solutions Inc. He has represented investors in investments as diverse as Hootsuite, Houzz, Lucrative Gaming (fgl), The Social+Capital Partnership, and SpaceX.

Strategic Counsel Corp at 227 Broadway Suite 306, Santa Monica, CA?

You know who else resides at 227...

As for the previous occupants of 227?

Clearstone Venture Partners, huh? Damn, I coulda sworn one of the newly elected Bitcoin Foundation members worked for Clearstone...

Wacky bonus for gobignetwork.com:

Never to fear - founder (and self-described "serial entrepreneur", JaJaJa) WIL SHROTER hasn't let all these sad sallies on RipoffReport get to him; he changed his site to www.startups.co around 2012.

Thanks, I have contacted them.
Btw, I'm also looking for a single GN chip to put in a frame with some symbolic dates under it, to be sure to get at least that out of this odyssey, but I'm not in a rush to get it. If you are not as well, you could simply wait, there is a non-zero chance that the market is gonna be flooded with those in the next few months.

My anger against what is wrong in the Bitcoin community is productive:

I went into the Bankruptcy Court in SF, three blocks from my office and literally around the corner from HF, and filed my papers in person.  She, court clerk, provided me with the URL to file electronically and told me to pass it to other creditors.  The URL is the same as above so I'll not repost.  She mentioned that you can attach PDFs to the claim, I attached my HF order confirmation emails to my claim.

I'm trying to fill this out but I'm stumped by:

3.   Last four digits of any number by which creditor identifies debtor:

3a. Debtor may have scheduled account as:

What are we supposed to enter here?

3) I've used the last 4 of their SSN, 3245. It's in Case: 14-30725 Doc# 63.
3a) Is if you disagree with debtor on the owned amount. The explanation is quite simple, actually.

Ok I think I found my name on creditors list: https://docs.google.com/file/d/0B4g8D3nvEYDzajhuTzJTWmZWM3c/edit

It seems that my address there isn't complete (missing United Kingdom, London). Is it only a draft of creditors adresses or do they have my full details somewhere? Is there anyone dealing with creditors, I could e-mail my complete address to?

Thanks

I'm no expert either but I put my order # as the last 4 digits since it's 4 digits.  I believe it's just a reference so they can find you in the corporate records... but again this is my first bankruptcy case.

given that our email addresses have already been exposed before, this time I just treat this time as another "normal mistake" by scamfast.
