I want to see the entire hashfast team in jail.  this way other hw companies know what to expect if they think they can pull something like this.

Probably a new jail has to be built in order to accomodate all those bitcoin scammers.

Prepare to enter a world of stress

We just need enough for a conviction of one of their inner circle. Then they will talk, and a lot of value will be recovered. It's not improbable at all.

My anger against what is wrong in the Bitcoin community is productive:

The "bit collar criminals", yes I invented the phrase, need no special jail. Gen pop and prison orange and let them enjoy the wonderful accommodations that current prison systems provide.

When will we mere mortals have access to those documents provided to the committee at 5pm the day before the hearing?

You won't I'm afraid.  They were shared under confidentiality agreements.

So the only thing left for us to do is to wait and hope for the committee to pull some magic tricks out of the hat. Did LB join the committee as an observer as it was proposed during one of the latest hearings?

Unfortunately it was too early in the game, and they weren’t ready to sign on.  “It was disappointing and frustrating. He really believed at the time (rightfully so) that we had a great idea. Today  – many of those investors regret not funding him the first time,” says John Skrodenis.  Well apparently they did come around, investing enough to design and tapeout the Golden Nonce (GN) chip with the largest, most experienced team that bitcoin mining has seen [to be fucked by].

The only news we are getting in real time is what it's published on pacer. So basically nothing. I don't like this silence, but hey, we should be used to it by now.

There is another hearing scheduled for tomorrow, Monday July 7th, and then the so called, "creditor's meeting" is scheduled for July 8th.  The creditor's meeting is where representatives of the company will be questioned under oath.

I'm sure that you have a really good list of questions ready. I just hope it not to yet be another farse like the last one. Will we have a copy of their answers?

I recommend to crowd source a list of questions here, for the committee to draw from.

On a related topic, HashFast may just be another attempt at a Silicon Valley parody, selling mining gear contracts and making a switcheroo to hands-on teaching lessons in financial crime.

Tho probably useless at this point, Id ask the following,

Is it true you hired a 3rd party to create the pcb?
Is it true that they were unreliable and caused a majority of the delays?
Did hashfast originally intend to give full bitcoin refunds?
Was the mpp offered with the knowledge that you could not deliver the MPP in a reasonable timeframe?

On second thought I recommend to send pmorici the questions as private messages...

Certainly if anyone does have information/questions that they think would be helpful you can send it to me and I will pass it on to the lawyer representing the creditors.

As creditors we have a very capable lawyer/firm representing all of us collectively now who is going to have a good chunk of time to question whomever shows up.
