What is the transaction id?

What wallet are you using?  What fee are you using?  (total and per kb) This doesn't sound like a blockchain issue, but a wallet issue.

when trying to push on viaBTC earlier it said fee to small.

What wallet did this and set the fee so low?  You could try RBF or CPFP depending on how it was sent.

this was sent from a blockchain wallet to gemini wallet.

i usually just let blockchain pick the fees and I have never had this issue.

This problem lies in blockchain.info's side so they're the only ones who can solve this. You can contact their support regarding this, I'll leave the links below. But please note that they are currently receiving a high volume of inquiries so you might get a response after weeks or might be longer  Roll Eyes

But if you want to access your funds asap. You can import it in another wallet. I recommend electrum.

Import it to electrum and spend it there (You can also view your private keys)

Tutorial: https://bitcoinelectrum.com/restoring-your-standard-wallet-from-seed

*When electrum prompts you to enter your seed, Click options and tick the BIP39 Seed Box

*Imported Addresses are not included in your seed, and for that you can also use electrum and refer to this guide: https://bitcoinelectrum.com/importing-your-private-keys-into-electrum
