Blockchain 2FA Reset Form Not Working

Hi, my iphone broke and now I cannot access google authenticator. The 2FA reset submit form on the blockchain (where my digi wallet it held) does not work - the 'continue' button not responding. Any ideas on either how I can turn off 2FA without a smartphone or get in contact with blockchain ?
