in other words bitcoin price has gone up 100% in the past months and still has not gone back to even near the price where it was back in exactly 1 month ago on 21 November 2017. the price then was $8200 and not it is worth more than $16,000

Anyone suggests me this is Right time for Investment or Not?

I would wait a little longer but still watch the price closely. make your decisions about where and how to buy now and do the verifications and even deposit money.
the watching is because it may drop more. but also it is because it may end soon and start rising up, in both cases it is best to watch out.

That's a question that really you can only answer yourself as only you know what risk tolerance you have. Understand that investing in Bitcoin can give excellent rewards but as with all investments the level of reward is proportional to the level of risk.
If you decide that you do want to invest then buying a dip like this is a good place to start. My advice would be not to go all in but just buy with a small part of your investment capital now. That way if the price falls further then you can keep making small purchases all the way down and get a good average entry price. If on the other hand the price resumes going up from here then you will not have missed out entirely and can still wait for the next dip.

That's true, it really drops today but that is also an advantage to those who wants to invest more and I think you should but now some of your money into bitcoin. For me bitcoin will hit again the last ATH's. So let's take advantage of this price dropping.

15% is a little. Bitcoin experienced a greater fall. It's only temporary. I don't see any reason to panic. At such moments traders buy coins. Can do also you. I always enjoy looking at these falls. It is a signal that bitcoin is set to break new high. I am sure that next week we will see another high. If the Christmas holidays will not reduce activity in the market.

We cannot expect that bitcoins would pump always since there are certain flaws cames from the people who holds it and I'm not surprise for this dump happens since this could attract more buyers. So as you said let's take this opportunity to gain more BTC since I think we can see more upcoming pumps due to fork hypes coming on these days, and we will be sorry if we will be afraid and dump our coins immediately.

Don't ask such questions!
You have to decide yourself if you want to buy and when you want to buy. Do your own research. There is lots of information out there to educate yourself, and it's all for free. You just have to do it.
People here always have a bias. Some are bullish, others are bearish. And this all because of personal reasons and interests.
Of course you can discuss and get different opinions which may help you to get some other point of view to look at certain things and situations.
But please never ask when to buy or when to sell. You manage your money, your risk and therefore make the decisions by yourself. At least you should! That's my 2 satoshis.

That's normal. Bitcoin can just as easily increase by the same amount or even double that in the same amount of time. Cryptos are very volatile. They can skyrocket and plunge. These are the risks involved with trading crypto. Never invest more than you can afford to lose. That's the basic investing rule in life... Smiley

Yeah that is true, but I think it is soon to pump since prices have been pretty low and that is cheap coins right there for the possibility that prices could pump back to $20,000 and more. Again, bitcoins always try to beat every expectation of everybody, and $20,000 seems like something it can again beat. I see right now, while writing this, bitcoins are pumping again. So maybe this is the time to catch that ride!

I suggest you educate yourself a lot about investing in general. No asset keeps going up without dips, which are usually good opportunities to buy, but first you have to know the asset you are buying and why are you buying it, as well as having a general strategy of investing. Never buy an asset because someone on a forum tells you to.

If you were looking for the entry in Bitcoin, you won't get a better price. A decent correction happened and BTC is stable again at $16k-$17k range. From here onward, a bullish ride will take place and might go till $25k. As much as I have analysed, big traders are making entries by buying BTC more ATM. If you are interested in investing in BTC. You better go for it.

A new down market is forming, we're about to enter into a protracted down market similar to 2014-2015, it might turn into a much longer down market. Bottom might be $2000.

Well a 15% down after the long run up is not unexpected. I still think that BTC is not the best investment out there.

What if I told you that you can buy a fraction of a Bitcoin irrespective of the price for
a full Bitcoin?

I know that many newbies don´t know this and psychology plays a big role, too.
This is also one of the reasons why newbies buy Litecoin on Coinbase...

"Oh 1 Bitcoin is at 15500 $, while I can get 6 Litecoins for my 2000 $ deposit".

I don't believe in such a fall. But if it is then I'm ready to hold your coins for a long time. Even after a year but the pump will turn on by far. I believe in the future of bitcoin. Maybe now people can switch on the bch in order to use the cryptocurrency in everyday life but bitcoin will definitely manifest themselves in the future and who now serves the panic will really regret it.

the current price is $15000. I think this is the bottom of this reduction and this is a good time for us to buy bitcoin. However this reduction waves quite strong and no stop signs, the investment right now can cause you losses. Please think carefully before deciding

It depends, if we look at how congested the network is right now, it might actually be a reason for the price to go down. Another thing might be that the momentum is slowly running out of gas, and if that's the case, we might end up go down a bit further. However, if the price goes down after buying, you will not lose anything if you just keep holding your coins -- losses occur at the time you sell at a loss. It will be interesting to see where we go from here, mainly because the $15k level has been tested before from where it went up again, so we'll see what happens. It will need to go down much more will I start buying back some of the coins I sold at $16k.

From the historical data, now still remains the best time to buy bitcoin as the was a great dump some hour ago and I think we should not expect its price to fell bellow $15,000 as the coin is doing to resume it upward movement by the weekend according to my own speculation. Op the right time to buy is now and holding till the second quarter of the next year is a most.  Hope we make more money from investing in cryptocurrency in some years to come especially 2018.

I dont know what i would do in your shoes, but i dont think that this is a good time to invest.

Maybe a lot of fanboys and people who really trust on the price and that it keep going up are going to tell you things such as #hodl #hold, or whatever they want, but the pure truth is that the price is going up only because of fomo.

And no one can sustain a system in where you have to pay outrageous fees for a single transaction.

I've sold most part of my bitcoins a few days ago, and trust me, i dont regret about that because i sold at the all time high.

But if lightning network gets implemented, i will join the party again.

This is the right time to invest . The market value of Bitcoin is falling simply because the transactions are high since many people are selling their Bitcoin at this moment for personal reasons. Maybe they are in need of money. So the best thing is to take advantage of the backdrop and hold rather than to do the same thing which is to sell.

I would still not say this is a great opportunity to get in. Last year it went up fast without any fundamental for it. Still a bit of room to go down.

Price volatile on daily basis. Some days ago it reached to almost 20000 dollars but soon it dropped and may the cause is Christmas, because not only bitcoin but many other big companies do not make money in these days. All the people want to enjoy Christmas in full fledged and this thing become the fall in sale of many big company products. The same is here in bitcoin because it is also a business and people have no time to look at it.

The prices are already corrected and to me it seems a good buying opportunity if you want to invest in btc for this year. Coming time we will again see some spike happening in btc with some good news happening worldwide. Also we will have a more investor from this week as they will be back from their holidays so the demand is tend to go up.

Hey Guys.....

According to the Cryptocurrency News Site (Coindesk):

Bitcoin's price has fallen 15 percent from its recent all-time high, dropping by more than $1,800 since the start of the day.

So, Anyone suggests me this is Right time for Investment or Not?

I would still not say this is a great opportunity to get in. Last year it went up fast without any fundamental for it. Still a bit of room to go down.

The prices are already corrected and to me it seems a good buying opportunity if you want to invest in btc for this year. Coming time we will again see some spike happening in btc with some good news happening worldwide. Also we will have a more investor from this week as they will be back from their holidays so the demand is tend to go up.

The price has corrected its self several times already. So I think this is the correct price for bitcoin. Not those we can seen in the first or second week of December where the price is being pumped real hard. No one should complain about what is the current price. And I would tend to agree that is a perfect buying time, how many times we like to see bitcoin going down so that we can buy it cheap. At 13K a pop, for me its a good price to get your hands on bitcoin today.

A 15% down is somewhat put some to be worry and disappointed, but that's the nature of the market. We will not see a stable price and it will not go on a parabolic like. Sometimes a healthy correction is needed, so that we can go further.

Who aside from a bunch of noobs and traditional media sources are exactly worried and disappointed? I don't see a 15% decrease at all. I look at the market from a more longer term minded perspective, and it shows me a 1300% increase this year. People till this day still don't see how short term fluctuations don't mean anything to the long term price, which is quite embarrassing to be honest. It once again shows that people aren't investing in this market, but purely gamble blindly in the hope of attainting a bit of the massive growth we have experienced last year. These are the sort of people that will end up being eaten by the market, and cry themselves to sleep with big losses. Stupidity.

A new down market is forming, we're about to enter into a protracted down market similar to 2014-2015, it might turn into a much longer down market. Bottom might be $2000.
I also not agree that the price will come down to as low as 2000 dollars, because there is a lot of difference in 2000 and today’s price. I believe that bitcoin price will never down from 10000 dollars if the situation is too bad because people are interested in bitcoin and they are investing their money in bitcoin because of the high profit margins and this thing will never let bitcoin fall in the coming near future.
