This has a cool, minimalist logo, good name and even more importantly -- my fav. ever algo to mine with!
I'm mining on arc pool using the web wallet... can anyone yet confirm getting their mined coins all the way from the pool to their wallets? I sure hope I'm not mining in vain.

Anyway, ya. I think this is an exciting project. Can't wait to see more stuff -- exchanges, a roadmap, etc.! (Maybe sig. & soc. media bounty campaigns?)

I too have lost some coins, i only use a CPU so it takes a lot of time to mine coins, i mined over 250 xcoins and now it say's i only have earned 63 coins.

What is going on with the pool? Or is someone taking my payments?

I checked my web wallet and i got nothing in it so i am def missing some coins, any help would be appreciated.

i have some problems with this pool (arcpool) too. Transaction just disappeared from "Last 24 Hours Payouts:" (xDcfS88Qho2DUQUS6G7aBTSgvTrzf8czfM)

how to edit config file for solo mining? what about lines "addnode" and "rpcport"?
i have to create xcoin.conf file at ~/library/Application Support/xcoin or where?

Glad to see there's quite a bit of interest in mining xcoin and there's a working pool.

I'd love to take some suggestions on how I could give this project some momentum. Happy to reward people with XCOIN for any good ideas or work Smiley
I think most importantly it needs to be listed on an exchange to be able to assign some value, but I don't have any budget to do this. Are there any exchanges which allow free listing?

Regards,
xCoin Project

I've lost a lot of coins from the pool, quite a few thousand Sad

For about 10 hours I had 7M/h on the pool, and was earning about 20% of the results. I was getting 40-50 coins every few minutes.

I clicked refresh on the pool again a minute ago, and now have lost another 2000 in the blink of an eye (I now have 1500 coins...and 2500 coins just disappeared..)

The coins that were marked as total paid a few hours ago never showed up in the web wallet.

Pool Owner : PM me if you want my Wallet Payment Address to check where the coins went.

Dev : Put some pressure on the Pool Owner to get this fixed. It's making you look bad.

Their might be something wrong with the chain or someone is taking our coins. My balance was cut by almost 3/4's and i mine with a CPU so it takes time for me. I'm a little bummed out but i am getting payments to my wallet now. Just not what i thought i was going to get Sad this has to get fixed.

We have troubles with pool wallet balance detection.
Pool script reads info from wrong wallet-address and get error -6: account has insufficient funds.
Now i recreate wallet and transfer all coins from old to new wallet.
Last payout at [12:30:20 UTC] was successful, please check your wallets.
I suggest continue speaking in other, more constructive way, for example here in Discord:

this will be a nice news for me, because I'm sure with this specification, this coin is very potential to be a very influential coin if we can hold it for a long time. I hope this project plan will succesfull

The pool does seem to be working ok now. Hopefully there won't be any further problems but if there are, as sparkus said, it'd be best to join the discord room: https://discord.gg/nfcWWB

The pool does seem to be working now for me as well. So far it is very profitable for a CPU miner like me. This is why i like the hmq algo because is it also good for us poor old CPU miners. Thanks for releasing this coin Smiley

DEV - did you submit this coin to any exchanges yet? Thanks

I have submitted a few requests but haven't heard anything back yet. I am hoping to get it onto an exchange in the near future if possible.

I think that project must be dead - none of the links work. Didn't realise there was a previous 'xcoin'
