Overall crypto market is having a correction.. But I see this correction  as  a préparation for a new Waves towards  $5

I do too As long as this truely is a correction, there is no reason that Elixir cannot be $5 within a few months. This token is so undervalued its not even funny!

example: Construction/Real Estate business needs a 1Million dollar loan for new townhouses their building. Bank offers them 2% interest on the loan. Elixir, which is decentralized can offer a lower rate, lets say 1.8%.

example 2: bank needs a loan, other banks and governments offer an interest rate, but Elixir swoops in with the deal because its decentralized and isn't affected by monetary policy.

eventually Elixir could become a decentralized bank of some sorts

elixir doesent aim to be a top 10 coin, maybe top 100. the market they target/audience is too small but their product is good enough to justify it imo.

Yeah I agree with you ! The marketcap of Elixir is still very small and I believe it could be the next coin to do a x5. I have a feeling Elixir might do something crazy like Raiblock

We will know the one who failed only in 5 years... Crypto market is still not mature and it will still need some years to get mature !  How many people own crypto currencies in January 2018 ?   it's maybe 0,5% of the world population at best...

So what I mean there is still lot of room for growth for most of the coins...  then we will probably see some mergers of projects or acquisition like for traditonal companies and then the market will stabilize and we won't see anymore big profit like we've seen in the early stage


Another move we will see is that entering the crypto market (for new companies) and developping their own blockchain will get more and more expensive. We will see less and less new project. Even creating token on ERC20 (ETH) will get too expensive for most of newcomers

I hear a lot about Elixir. Is it overrated? I just see two guys on the team. Their website and concept looks good though, although the demise of Bitconnect makes me wary of lending platforms in general, even if they're not ponzi schemes like BCC.

That's because of BCC that other lending platform coin price descreased recently but that's an opportunity for them, less competition. It's not because there is one black sheep that all other sheeps are black

Bitconnect scam is bad publicity for all lending coins but hopefully smart
investors will understand the  difference.
