- Due to overwhelming community opinion, the exchange is being pushed up in priority to before the bank.

- The bank features are now likely to be introduced as part of the exchange. There is a focus to streamline the two and make them easy to use for anyone.

- The exchange is mostly programmed in HTML5/PHP and Java will no longer play a role due to community concerns.

- IMPORTANT: 0.1 shares per 1 DGC donated is likely for the fundraiser. There will be 30k shares issued initially with a cap of 100,000 shares.

As a result, I am only responsible for 500 DGC of this transaction (of  676.6 DGC total) : 789ab695bf302213a51ee52eb15a7050777f943ef6e8dec4cf8fc05a87f7a997 , the rest coming from an assortment of other users. As such, my donation amount should only be listed as 3541.9 DGC, not 3718.5.
