I went to setup the controller today, changed network to dhcp and added a password.  Restarted the controller and all a sudden it's not found on my network nor can I access it anymore.

Thats weird, I've seen that when I set static ip. Does your router recognize your device? Did you try plugging in a hdmi monitor to see what the controller displays on the screen?

It like literally keeps resetting it.  I unplug the power cord, plug it back in, and nothing is saved.  I have to redo the 192.168.0.100 everytime and set it up.
I know you might be familiar with this, but here are some instructions.

Method 1.

When you have the Raspberry connected to your router device, it should be able to get an IP address automatically from the router DHCP IP address pool.
If you follow these instructions carefully,
you should be able to set the Raspberry in the DHCP Client mode (DHCP = Dynamic Host Configuration Protocol),
and the Raspberry will acquire an IP address automatically.
See chapter 6 in this review/guide I made very recently.
Link 1 (.pdf document): https://mega.nz/#!BldBUbDS!FKIiC2S38XPVIibSpdadhBv0K_K8lJrCGO_3c_w3m-Y
Link 2 (original bitcointalk.org thread): https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=2937129

When you have changed the network setting and you then click Save & Apply, you will lose the connection, because the Raspberry has acquired a new IP address automatically from the router device DHCP IP address pool.

Please make sure your router device connection protocol is set to the DHCP mode.
This setup will not work if the router is not in the DHCP mode.
After you have followed these steps, you should be able to see it listed in your router IP address list.

Method 2.
Another method to try is to stay with the static IP address settings and modify them according to your network setup.

In this example, the router gateway address is 192.168.1.1
Subnet mask is 255.255.255.0
DNS server IP address is 8.8.8.8

Because the subnet mask is 255.255.255.0, we know that there are 254 usable hosts in this subnet.
So the IP address range is from 192.168.1.1 to 192.168.1.254.

Please pick a free IP address of your choice for the Raspberry IP address and enter it in the network configuration.
For example 192.168.1.254, given that it is available and not reserved already.

Click Save & Apply.

You will lose the connection, but you should be able to reach the Raspberry by using the new IP address.

Good news is like most of canaans miners, they mine more than advertised.  I get 11.5-12TH/s out of these 821's.  Also takes around 1300w of power might I add as well. lol  I am very surprised that basically these are getting a STABLE 11.65TH/S out of them.  Based off my PDU they are hooked up to, seems to be pulling about 5amps each as well running on 240v.

Honestly 0.  -2 was getting around 11.7 11.8 but using more power which was odd.  0 was getting consistent 11.5-11.6 all day though.

Yeah, I got same kind of results in my voltage offset testing.
-2 gave the best miner performance.

You can see the results in my review thread (link is in the signature).

Just to be sure. The consensus here is for optimal power/hashrate:
- 741: Voltage set at -2
- 821: Voltage set at 0

Nope. We were talking about the A821, not A741.

Yea weird, you would think +1 would yield most hash rate.  I just left it on 0 for power consumption.  I am running on 1300w power supplies so I'm trying to push it the least I can.

No official price or date from us until "we" are 100% on the info we put out.  We will post in here first.

Miners from the first batch made it safely to their destination on Friday and are up and mining about 500GH/s faster than spec.  Thanks for the sales and service Blokforge!  Looking forward to the 841s!

Around $400. I probably need approval from the moderator and blockforge to post it.

Most people paid 3600 per unit for the February batch but looks like they had couple left over and discounted them by $500

The Feb 821s have been discounted for everyone on the site to $3,099 and a coupon offer was made to buyers of the February and March pre-orders $400 off per 821 ordered from the late March batch.  This would make the units shipping at the end of march cost about 2,499 rather than 2899.  If Blokforge wants to make the offer to everyone and not just the pre-order people they will probably post here.
