Well I'll say this much. I wouldn't expect any answers from a company over the weekend, or immediately in any case when it comes to customer service.
So the problem isn't that your money has been taken its that you sent an incorrect amount... not a problem it happens. You just have to calm down for a bit, then will sort it out with you. I've sent blokforge a message as they are also fairly active here in answering questions and helping people.

I know about the weekend, it's just about monday that it is freaking me out. I also took the time to think that they have 3 hours less than me as they are in arizona and me in the east side of the continent.
There are so many stories about scam everywhere, i am just glad i've found this topic.
I am truly sorry about what i said at first and saying that they are a scam, it's because i wanted to make somebody react and answer me fast as i was banned from some telegram or reddit discussions for asking if anybody had something similar. And that freaked me out just even more.
I planned to buy even more and more miners from them over the year, i just hope everything will be ok.
Something that's stressing me also is the fact that i am scared that when comes the time they might help me in this situation, no more of the miners i wanted to buy will be available anymore >< .. but hey well it's my fault i should had put the correct amount at first.
