Well I'll say this much. I wouldn't expect any answers from a company over the weekend, or immediately in any case when it comes to customer service.

So the problem isn't that your money has been taken its that you sent an incorrect amount... not a problem it happens. You just have to calm down for a bit, then will sort it out with you. I've sent blokforge a message as they are also fairly active here in answering questions and helping people.

You are right i should just calm down .. :/

I know about the weekend, it's just about monday that it is freaking me out.  I also took the time to think that they have 3 hours less than me as they are in arizona and me in the east side of the continent.

There are so many stories about scam everywhere, i am just glad i've found this topic.

I am truly sorry about what i said at first and saying that they are a scam, it's because i wanted to make somebody react and answer me fast as i was banned from some telegram or reddit discussions for asking if anybody had something similar. And that freaked me out just even more.


I planned to buy even more and more miners from them over the year, i just hope everything will be ok.


Something that's stressing me also is the fact that i am scared that when comes the time they might help me in this situation, no more of the miners i wanted to buy will be available anymore >< .. but hey well it's my fault i should had put the correct amount at first.

They are not a scam I have spent a good amount of money with them and they always deliver. I know that they are scrambling with these tariffs so be patient and they will take care of you. Good luck.

They just called me on phone.

I sent them a new shipping adress because that did nees to be change too.

I am just waiting from them to send me a wallet to pay back the missing amount of btc in my payment.

This situation might be solves before two days or tomorrow xp !

After only one day  they called me on phone, sent me many emails, and everything is now ok. The delivery arrives tomorrow already ! THey even offered me the priority shipping ... i feel so bad ... >< i dont deserve it for my attitude .. 

The only issue was me being not patient.

The best service i ever had, and i didnt even saw the guys in real. I feel so bad being so suspicious about them.

I'll buy again for sure ...

Maybe not a scam but for sure taking advantage of a situation. On Tuesday  May 7 I pulled the trigger and got a Bitmain Antminer S17 Pro-53TH/s Bitcoin Miner (Shipping April 20 - May 4th). It said in stock so I ordered it, paid Bitcoin. Sent BTC 0.53701226. Order was processing a few days with no update, I emailed them On Friday May 10 requesting an update and their answer back was Bitmain was being cagy with their order and would let me know on Monday. So now extending out this processes, I am really starting to think I am being scammed. We were enjoying a nice BitCoin run and the value was rising. I get an email from them Tuesday May 14, now a week after they accepted my Bitcoin for a product they did not have and know they might not get while Bitcoin is going up and up. So they now inform me that they will send me back BTC 0.37097. So I just paid them $1200 to hold on to my Bitcoin for a week. That's a pretty high handling rate. Just know that if you pay Bitcoin with these retailers they do not have to be honest and upfront with you and WILL accept money for items that they do not have in stock. I hope this helps someone in the future.

I ordered a Canaan Avalon 1047 on 9/13/19. I was told in chat that it would ship on the week of the 16th. After that did not happen I emailed support requesting a shipping update and have yet to receive a response. Does anybody here know when the September batch for this model will be shipping?

Not sure but it's Monday and I don't think they respond over the weekend. When did you email them? I think they have a 1800 number as well. I'll check

Today is Wednesday. The number had a message saying they are off for Labor day and will be back September 3rd. What is going on here? Today is 9/25/19 isn't it?

Haha, yeah i just got back on shift and it always messes up my week. Sorry about that. Looks like someone forgot to update their voicemail.

I know some people who ordered the last few batches of Canaan miners got hit with delays. Best bet is just to hit all of their contacts requesting answers.

It sucks but they are legit. Hopefully they respond quickly.

No problem. That and the message from Blokforge had me wondering for a second. The first request was sent from their website. I just sent another request via actual email. Hopefully I hear something back soon. Thanks for the help.

I just received a call back from Blokforge. There was indeed a delay in the shipment as well as possible confusion with the chat person I talked to. Anyway, the shipments are supposed to be on track for this week.
