Dev has been quite transparent about MN sales on Discord.  Dev had actually put almost 100k of POLIS up for sale on coinsmarkets a couple of days ago, but then the community asked him to stop and sell a limited number each day, and he did (and now the sales is over).  Dev is also putting the sale money to work for exchanges and marketing:

Dev has also reported that masternodo.com and stocks.exchange should have POLIS soon as well.

Keep in mind that, although I am the social media manager and can only report what the dev says and focus on the positive, the results (the price, the listings on MN websites, and the listings on exchanges) speak for themselves.  If you look at the results, the coin is growing, not stagnating.   There are risks investing in any crypto, so please do your research and I highly encourage all who are skeptical to come join us on Discord and lend your voice to the community shaping the direction of the coin.  Head to the #announcements channel to vote on the coin's future!

I had the same problem and experienced that you could install a ubuntu linux subsystem if you are using windows 10 pro.

So with this subsystem I've managed to install the linux sentinel client and created a connection to the node which is running on my windows wallet.

Its a little bit tricky, but it works. As I've seen there is no compiled windows version of the sentinel client.
