First I would like to thank you the miners interest in Cloudcoin. Cloudcoin was released hours ago and the hashrate is above 120 Mh/s.

4, also we are working on exchange site implementation soon as possible
5, as Cloudcoin will grow in value we would like to invest more into development and add some great services, markets

If you missed our launch and you want to get to know the coin bere is the specification:

Cloudcoin is a new alternate exchange currency with proof-of-stake and proof of work scheme.

Cloudcoin was created to be the median of all coins in the crypto exchange world. It is simple, easy and energy efficient. It is meant to be a costumer and exchange friendly coin with the benefits of it’s optimized specifications. The proof-of-stake scheme makes the coin and the transactions safe, secure and long living. Stake also helps the coin to achieve a leading role in the future of the crypto currency coins, since it is using proof-of-stake not proof-of-work like other coins.

You can read more about the benefits of proof-of-stake here: http://bitcoin.stackexchange.com/questions/9082/what-is-proof-of-stake

Our dev team is working on the final touches of the coin which will be released within weeks. They are also working on the official website which will be released with the coin and will give a simple user friendly interface for the miners, customers and supporters. The team is also working on the development of additional sites that will support cloudcoin. We would like to aim the business and consumer sector with this coin.
Our marketing team is getting in touch with exchange sites and merchants too.

proof of stake ? with only 30 days max coin age?

min coin age is 7 days, max coin age is 30 days

would there even be a stake then considering a stake does not take effect for 30 days.

OK started (announced) well and then got beaten about the head horribly by the community over the poor handling of the pre-mine and launch.
That lesson should stand for all new alts.

On the plus side
Coin, wallet, pool working well, super quick, low stale, fast confirms.
The bounty for miner adoption and development are generous (as they should be with 1 mill to spend)
No transaction fees on the network??

Going to need some explanation on the PoS - coin age etc. Is it implemented yet? what are the rules etc.
Going to need to see an audit of where the pre mine goes as the plan develops

I'm not convinced this coin deserves the battering its taken, most negative comments are from those who seem incapable of a positive one anyway
there have been some appalling launches recently and this isn't the worst by a long long way.
It's up to the devs now to tell those left with open ears about the plan and the progress.

So far
cloudcoin.miningpool.co

lets see these happen.
25000CDC - Faucet https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=262481.0
45000CDC - stratum pool https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=263143.0

So c'mon guys be clear and deliver on your plans an you will continue to gather backing and support.
No technical reason this coin is going to fail,  just needs community behind good leadership.

Good luck.

reserved. I really want to see Cloudcoin on Cryptsy soon. It is a great coin, because it has a great and active team behind it.
