 PayPal doesn't give two shits about btc don't flatter yourself and think they do.  They have used every excuse to avoid it.  More then likely for reasons seen with the gox drama.  They are not a currency exchange.  Right now that's the only reason PayPal is even mentioned in this community.  The way I look at it.  The more they dig in, the more btc survives.
