Hi, guys
Could You please give me any advice (maybe one of You had already such a problem) in the following issue:
In Nov 30 I was wrongly charged in amount of 0.1 BTC (description: “crypto withdrawal fee”) instead 0.1 OMG on operation withdraw of 139.9 OMG.
On the screenshot You can see 2 fragments of statement, in above – withdraw 139.9 OMG, in bellow – BTC fee transaction. In these fragments You can complete match (up to second) in time of withdraw and fee transactions.
Then in Nov 30 I immediately opened the ticket on this situation, then two more tickets else. But I have no any response on my situation after 3 weeks.
Now 0.1 BTC is equivalent almost of 1500 USD, and I don’t want to lose on Bitfinix’s fault this money .
