This must be the tandem of activity, buy - sell - hodl. Buy - when the price is very low and bitcoin's on the dip. Sell - when you have enough profit and you can now take it. HODL - when you are not sure of whether to sell or buy but you have a long term goal in bitcoin. |

it happens also this year as bitcoin drops more than 120% but now stabilized at 10k$ hoping this will continue to make another growth in more than it has last december.the prediction is 30$k for this year or more |

Few weeks after this topic was posted, bitcoin plunges to 6,000$ mark and those who HODL and also got an idea of investing more too, then they probably has earned big profit already because bitcoin has reached 11,000$ mark about two weeks after it went down to its lowest price this year.

Don't panic yes but isn't it the best time to sell coins while people thinks the price are dropping.
Unless you have a magic crystal ball you don't want to sell and try to buy back on the way down. You'll surely make a mistake and end up losing even more. Catching a falling knife is a hard thing to do. You should just ride it out. The price will go back up sooner or later. If you think we're near the bottom you might want to pick up some more cheap coins while we're there, but otherwise just hold. Only those that are incredible good traders can manage to do something like that, when the price is crashing almost no one can predict what it is going to be the bottom that is why selling is useless since you will need to determine when to buy again and you risk making a mistake by involving your emotions in the decision, that is why holding will be always be the best option. |

Feeling panicked can give you loss as well as this will automatically give decline to prices of bitcoin so its good that you are not panicking just don’t check the prices in the days of dump patience will bring extra profit. |

i agree with you brother. When bitcoin falls, it never sells and it does not panic. If you look at the old charts every record after the fall is broken.
Actually, when price drops, a lot o interested traders really take the opportunity to seek for anyone who sells bitcoin because of the very low prices that happens seldom. On the part of the buyer, it is very good for them, but for those who are selling, their decision of doing that has to be valid for themselves to avoid themselves from self disappointment. |

Yes, don't go in panic selling mode, besides just relax and be patience, hold your bitcoin because it is recovering now, I know some of the investor they used the chance to buy more because last few weeks bitcoin drops.
