Ethereum can overtake bitcoin if ethereum have a lot of investor. If ethereum have a lot of investor, then ethereum have a lot of buy order in market ,then ethereum value can going up and it could be Ethereum overtake bitcoin

The best thing I like most of ETH is the time for a transaction.
I have to wait for 30min to 3h for each BTC transaction, sometime it took 1-2 days. But eth makes this so fast, the longest time for me to wait is just 1 hour so far!
If bitcoin can't improve all the blockchain process then Ethereum will be obviously the new KING!

it can happen, but today many investors like bitcoin as a land for investment rather than eth. for now btc becomes one of the good coins and eth can only be below one bitcoin level.

I don't think Ethereum will ever overtake Bitcoin...the price of Eth is growing now because people are buying it to join ICOs..

if I think the ethereum will not be able to overtake the bitcoin, because the bitcoin coin its price faster rise in the price of coin ethereum and bitcoin was more demand than ethereum.

I don't think it will happen in a short time, although the current value of ethereum continues to rise but I think ethereum will not be able to overtake bitcoin within the next 1 to 2 years.
Indeed in the crypto world nothing is impossible, ethereum is a coin that has a good future, but it takes a very long time to overtake the bitcoin.
If i see what's happening now, there are still many people who believe in bitcoin rather than ethereum as the best crypto currency today.
I can only see what will happen in the future, will it be higher bitcoin value or ethereum value equivalent to bitcoin.

Then also I think ethereum is now starting to grow so that it has potential to overtake the bitcoin.

BTC will keep dominating crypto because many investors are still betting on it without even realising the potential altcoins might have. But that is changing really fast and BTC is losing dominance. Maybe in a couple of years we can see ETH in pair with BTC.

I can't say this is wrong, but the value of bitcoin in terms of an investment tool is different than any other coin. This is coming from its history. Despite all, ethereum's success is constant and it's still growing nicely.

I barley think the this will happen in anytime in the future! The real bitcoin as speak is always going to have more trust as compare to other coins and ETH specially. This trust will always keep building more and more investors and crypto enthusiast in the favour of bitcoin leading to ultimate investment into bitcoin. So you see here, the weightage for the bitcoin will be always higher as compared to the ETH. Im completely in favour with the ETH as good investment but it always comes after the BTC. Its perfect currency for long term investment but I don't think that anyone will ever put it in the first rank and that too after having blessed with BTC in the crypto world.

I dont think so, still believing that bitcoin price will rise up again as expected in this year and we should wait for that. Also haply for the pump of ethereum and its really unexpected to boost it to the value as of now. Maybe it is good if it also reaches $14k or higher than that.
