Does anyone know why there are so many slow periods when the site is not usable?
Is MtGox being attacked again?

Please provide details. What's slow? The web site?  The API? Are limit orders being accepted but not showing up in the market depth?

The site does not respond at all (browser hangs waiting / and or "MySQL errors, please try again" message) several times a day. Any frequent user would have noticed. I also know at least one person here who mentioned it in a PM.

Just did it again a few minutes ago, lasting for at least a couple minutes....
Anyone have info on the cause?

Thanks for a partial answer:
When the market moves (if it ever moves again) these "normal" outages are a real handicap.
Why is this normal doesn't anyone have more info?
