Why do I get a new receiving address in address book everytime I send a payment?

Why do I get a new receiving address in address book everytime I send a payment?
To promote the habit of using a new address for every transaction - which is a fairly essential part of using Bitcoin anonymously.

But it is annoying to have so many addresses in addressbook =( What will happend if you have more than 100 addresses?

when you get more then 100 you get 101...
