I got the information from Gerald Slaughter.

It's cool, I don't mind you - I'm just not a big ActM fan...

The Bitcoin software, network, and concept is called "Bitcoin" with a capitalized "B". Bitcoin currency units are called "bitcoins" with a lowercase "b" -- this is often abbreviated BTC.

If ActiveMining doesn't tape out until late September, they won't have their chips till when, January?

theyre taping out right away.  Joint news release with easic and activemining expected by monday.  My advice: invest in labcoin and activemining.  They will both be big players.

I don't even know when we will do a join press release, so it can not be expected Monday.

You should tell your nephew Gerald not to give false information on the phone then.

Sensitive information like this will come through official channels, like myself and/or ActiveMining-PR so that it's properly released to all shareholders at the same time.

You should not be calling trying to get inside information.

I was calling to inquire about buying a Fast-hash machine, and I told him it was in my best interest to know if deals with eASIC will be finalized soon.  Whether or not it's insider information, I had a right to ask that question seeing as how its important to the future of my purchase.

Ill speculate that what you heard was probably mostly true.  Dates might be a few days off.  Now you got Gerald in trouble tho. Sad

In the end my word means nothing so it won't violate any agreement.  As far as anyone is concerned its pure speculation.

If this results in scrutiny I can prove that it was not Gerald buying shares.

We are heading down to 0.0016-0.0018 per share. Actual price is a little overrated.

According to the current wall, that means selling around 200000 shares. I don't think it will happen overnight, if it happens.
