What I really care about at this point is knowing exactly what's being done to make the hashing work.

What is the problem?   Who is working on it? Give us precise answers.

We do not want promises of future hashing, we want to know what is going on RIGHT NOW.

The usual shuffle is not going to work this time.

YOU MUST ANSWER THESE QUESTIONS.

Any threat from us investors does not work now. It does not matter what's the price when they cannot sell it any more.

Now they will only be threaten by the exchange operators. Smiley Without a place to list, they have nowhere to sell their shares.

If we don't get answers to these questions, the exchange operators will be aware of that.

...
Whether or not you get prosecuted would probably have a lot to do with whether or not you're actually running a scam.  The pirateat40 guy got legal heat, but as far as we know the government hasn't gone after any other US companies issuing virtual shares, like ActM.

That's 'cooz the lives of SEC employees are pretty dull & dreary, and ActM supplies the much needed lulz.
Picture a NASA control-styled office of somber, gray-suited execs intently staring at monitors ... occasionally breaking into peals of schoolgirl laughter.

+1

Still remember the promised live chatting with their technicians?

Lol.

I think they've given up on the forum, and their share price in the short run. If they still hold 30% of the shares, they'll be getting 30% of the divs.  I think at this point, their best bet for personally profiting off this (other then running off with the money) would be to improve the hashrate.

Labcoin will not make it to the next dividend at this rate, the asset will be worthless and no operator will risk driving business away by listing a company that appears to draw revenue directly from lying to and insulting their shareholders.

TheSwede, you get one last shot at posting something relevant to the current situation. Another hollow comment on the companies incompetence will send this thread into delirium and the stock to zero. As someone has pointed out here recently, this game of disrespect ends when no Fool is willing to list Labcoin now that BTCT is over with.

Get your act together, we are putting the pressure on you and we won't take off our collective foot from the pedal until it's been rammed right up your asses.

Who cares about TheSwede?  It's not like he has the money, he's just a promoter. The shares were actually issued by Sam.

"just" being the promoter makes him  "jointly and severally" liable to the same extent as the guys behind labcoin. Section 15.

And if you keep it up, who knows, maybe some investors might even try to sue you and the rest of the labcoin fanclub:

any person that knowingly or recklessly provides substantial assistance to another person in violation of a provision of this subchapter, or of any rule or regulation issued under this subchapter, shall be deemed to be in violation of such provision to the same extent as the person to whom such assistance is provided.

its not a warcrime, but this is no game either.

honestly they cant keep up with small promises, how in hell do you think they will manage to keep up with the big ones? Did we ever meet the promised 2TH/s?
It's obvious that Swede is a neurotic liar.

Edit: Stop begging for more lies to pass your bags to someone else. this is getting ridiculous.

On a positive note, there is no reason to move the shares now.
