I would be willing to bet that the Labcoin user in Bitcointalk is actually Alessia.

So Samuel Noi = Alessia Tatti.

This is why it lists the skype name as "delaria". Also this agrees with what TheSeven said before in the chat (that he only talks to Alessia and her husband).

Samuel Noi can also be Alessia's husband, cause theSeven also said her husband sometimes also uses her account.

Most likely manual payment of leftover after sporadic mining in the last day or two.

Why couldn't this be a random speculator depositing .5BTC trying to pump the share price?

[ 00:34 ] <delaria> how much you make in megahash ?
[ 00:34 ] <agath> about 160
[ 00:34 ] <agath> Gh / s
[ 00:34 ] nn <delaria> bad, I have 3 avalon
[ 00:34 ] <delaria> 210 megahash
[ 00:34 ] <delaria> and twenty GPU but I turned around for a long time
[ 00:35 ] <agath> wait, they were really about 250GH / s, but I've sold almost half ` ...
[ 00:35 ] <delaria> understood , however much
[ 00:35 ] <delaria> will have undermined a lot of guess
[ 00:35 ] <delaria> you kept or sold?
[ 00:35 ] <agath> well now no more , but last year they were Tantini , it :-)
[ 00:35 ] <agath> for now I prefer not to expose myself too much, because we do not know :-)
[ 00:36 ] <delaria> course, vabbe are general questions
[ 00:36 ] <agath> is not for lack of confidence, but with the current climate ....
[ 00:36 ] <delaria> figured
[ 00:36 ] <delaria> certainly do not want to pierce the pc
[ 00:36 ] hahaha <delaria>
[ 00:36 ] <delaria> I would not come with my IP in the clear
[ 00:36 ] <agath> I hope you will understand me , and however over time the dialogue is going to become more open ....
...
[ 00:37 ] <delaria> TheSeven then said to me , you know where he is ?
[ 00:37 ] <delaria> told me that you are working on an ASIC , but wanted to do the design in xilinx
[ 00:37 ] <delaria> and then you 're stuck there, but I was not explained well xche
[ 00:38 ] <delaria> xilinx , I guess with the techniques fpga to asic
[ 00:38 ] <delaria> type Xilinx Easypath ?
[ 00:38 ] <agath> no, it was an ASIC cell ...
[ 00:38 ] <agath> but xilinx policies are really absurd and is stalled the project ..
[ 00:39 ] <delaria> ah so a full asic
[ 00:39 ] ` <agath> so we started to work on a bitstream to squeeze the Artix ...
[ 00:39 ] <agath> not `full custom cell is !
[ 00:39 ] <delaria> understand, I did not ask you that you have the background , sorry
[ 00:39 ] <delaria> you vabbe cells , but not type hardcopy cm ²
[ 00:40 ] <agath> programmer has always run a ISP since '94
[ 00:40 ] <delaria> but did you graduate?
[ 00:40 ] <delaria> type , you know electrical engineering , mathematics, physics
[ 00:40 ] <delaria> or you are one who taught himself ?
[ 00:40 ] <agath> not, dropped out of school after graduation , I studied on my own and still continue to study
[ 00:40 ] <delaria> understand, like me anyway
[ 00:40 ] <agath> so I'm not an engineer but inherit all the downsides dell'esserlo
...
[ 00:41 ] <delaria> then tell you the status that we
[ 00:42 ] <delaria> I put on a team , which includes a research engineer at a university in China , I do not know if he told you these details TheSeven
[ 00:42 ] <delaria> that has access to a very low cost process at TSMC Taiwan every 6-12 days
[ 00:42 ] <agath> do not know anything , he told me that it is better that you say everything you ..
[ 00:42 ] <delaria> a Russian electrical engineer , who has experience with ASIC
[ 00:42 ] <delaria> and seems to have a good feeling with the Chinese
[ 00:43 ] <delaria> TheSeven , and fpgaminer confirmed to me today that he was hired as external consultant
[ 00:43 ] <agath> you trust the Russian engineers ? I have not always had good experiences with them, even though when you find the right person may have good results
[ 00:43 ] <delaria> you but I work with a long oDesk
[ 00:43 ] <delaria> with other things , definitely know how to distinguish the serious people from the non-
[ 00:43 ] <delaria> I have some experience
[ 00:43 ] <agath> ok !
[ 00:43 ] <agath> I do not know him , of course , I was generalizing .
[ 00:43 ] <delaria> are people that I found on oDesk , but I know what I do trust
[ 00:43 ] <delaria> certain
[ 00:44] <delaria> and do very well
[ 00:44] <delaria> the rest I also start with oDesk I have taken some frigates
[ 00:44] <delaria> + but with the Indians with the Russians
[ 00:44] <delaria> Oh well , cm ² , the team is awesome now
[ 00:44] <delaria> and I think the Chinese are very determined
[ 00:44] <delaria> I think I'm going to meet later this month in shenzhen
[ 00:44] <delaria> I have friends who live there among other
[ 00:45 ] Italian <delaria>
[ 00:45 ] <delaria> for later this month I already have the results, so I would like to move this project quickly
[ 00:45 ] <delaria> I have a certain amount of funds to spend , but I gladly accept a partner
[ 00:45 ] <delaria> of course, they talk , if you are available to go together in china
[ 00:46 ] <delaria> certainly not on the internet to send bitcoins to an anonymous
[ 00:46 ] <delaria> in terms of investment , I speak
[ 00:46 ] <agath> I have no problem of funds (well it depends on what figures you have in mind ), but I would like to invest for the guarantees , I do not blindly
[ 00:46 ] <delaria> be obvious , but for now the funds are not a problem, for the preliminary phases I definitely put them
[ 00:46 ] <delaria> but I will be sure to bring everything immediately to a next step
[ 00:46 ] <delaria> as quickly as possible , seeing as you are putting the scene
[ 00:47 ] <delaria> between Avalon and others, I think the difficulty will rise very
[ 00:47 ] <agath> to go to china , he may talk , but my average day is VERY messed up, then it will no easier for me to break free from commitments , may depend on how long you are away and that period you go.
[ 00:47 ] <delaria> be sure, this might even decide you according to your busy schedule , I'll know my dates
[ 00:47 ] <delaria> it is said that we must travel together
[ 00:48 ] <delaria> then , let's say the project is in a good phase
[ 00:48 ] <delaria> now I will continue to coordinate its members, now that you've kicked off TheSeven I hope he can with the Chinese to conclude something concrete
[ 00:48 ] <delaria> he spoke of making a prototype without packaging, the next two weeks
[ 00:48 ] <delaria> I like them because the Chinese are very pragmatic
[ 00:49 ] <agath> I am even more pragmatic of the Chinese.
[ 00:49 ] hehe I <delaria> the same
[ 00:49 ] <agath> if I know , what area are you?
[ 00:49 ] <delaria> but you know something practical about asic , or is it purely an idea of your business
[ 00:49 ] <delaria> I realized that you 're familiar with this FPGA yes, but not at that level
...
[ 00:54 ] <agath> what are the figures in the game?
[ 00:55] <agath> my budget for investment may reach around one million
[ 00:55] <delaria> I think about $ 50,000 xi first 5000 chip
[ 00:55] <delaria> 10,000 stuff so
[ 00:55] <agath> therefore little
[ 00:55] <delaria> little to say you run a small
[ 00:56] <delaria> but I would not risk initially
[ 00:56] <delaria> first evaluate what you pull out as a prototype , performance
[ 00:56] <agath> but the design ?
[ 00:56] <delaria> now definitely the thing to do is
[ 00:56] <delaria> exact , is to extend the verilog which is using the Chinese
[ 00:57 ] <agath> you have already done something like this before in electronics ?
[ 00:57 ] <delaria> a thing with + cores , and see how much can pull off as hashing
[ 00:57 ] <delaria> is a researcher
[ 00:57 ] <delaria> expected
[ 00:58 ] <delaria> https://www.odesk.com/users/ASIC-FPGA-RFID-Hardware-Firmware-Embedded-Wireless_ ~ 011bfc6f33d754c734
[ 00:59 ] <delaria> Master 's, Electronic Science and Technology Tsinghua University
[ 00:59 ] <delaria> September 2003 - June 2006
[ 00:59 ] <delaria> Integrated Circuits & Systems
[ 00:59 ] <delaria> Bachelor's , Electronic and Information Engineering Beijing University of Aeronautics and Astronautics
[ 00:59 ] <delaria> September 1999 - June 2003
[ 00:59 ] <delaria> the guy is solid
[ 00:59 ] <delaria> and seems to know what he's doing much
[ 00:59 ] <delaria> you'll see that you can pull off something good
[ 01:00 ] <agath> ok , we'll see!
[ 01:00 ] <delaria> the role of the Russian x is now limited to confirm the calculations and the results of the Chinese
[ 01:00 ] <delaria> the Russian espero with asic is also on a practical level
[ 01:00 ] <delaria> I have selected on purpose, there are months trying on oDesk
[ 01:00 ] <delaria> expert *
[ 01:01 ] <delaria> well by , I'm happy about this collaboration
[ 01:01 ] <agath> well, I'm a little ' background I have ..
[ 01:01 ] <delaria> and be sure guess , what kind of bg exactly?
[ 01:01 ] <agath> I could verify that what they are doing is standing ...
[ 01:01 ] <delaria> ah is also a practical and
[ 01:01 ] <agath> you
[ 01:02 ] <delaria> very good even better
[ 01:02 ] <delaria> so you can supervise the whole
[ 01:02 ] <delaria> I do not understand so much yet, but I 'm working on it
[ 01:02 ] <delaria> and are definitely a " fast learner "
[ 01:02 ] <agath> cards I have in the production I realized I along with a partner, starting from the design ZTex
[ 01:02 ] <delaria> very good very good , congratulations cabbage
[ 01:02 ] <agath> the partner is Gorla Minore (VA)
[ 01:02 ] <delaria> the ones I saw were interesting ztex
[ 01:03 ] <delaria> but how did you manage to pay them each in the end?
[ 01:03 ] <delaria> with that amount ?
[ 01:03 ] <delaria> ie I want to say how much you are costing
[ 01:03 ] <delaria> between components etc.
[ 01:03 ] <agath> about 110 € / chip ( chip cards from 4 , including PCBs, add-ins and server to make them work )
[ 01:04 ] <delaria> be good by
[ 01:04 ] <delaria> investments with ASIC do not you do it?
[ 01:04 ] <agath> us
[ 01:04 ] <agath> no
[ 01:04 ] <delaria> avalon , asicminer anything?
[ 01:04 ] <agath> why should not I trust to do preorders
[ 01:04 ] <agath> I would have bought something if it was available
[ 01:05 ] <delaria> understood , before I was proposing an exchange on the forum
[ 01:05 ] <delaria> maybe someone well accepted
[ 01:05 ] <agath> why I'm working on a project to integrate the 7 series FPGA from Xilinx , extensible to ASIC .
[ 01:05 ] <delaria> of course, is clearly unbalanced ask asicminer 1000 shares x 3 avalon , but you never know
[ 01:06 ] <agath> I do not trust , I prefer to be alone , so I do not buy the shares of Asicminer
[ 01:06 ] <delaria> understand, yes, but cmq if you manage to pull directly on a 65nm ASIC now we have an excellent hedge
[ 01:06 ] <agath> and if you order products from Asicminer or Avalon , who knows ' when handing them
[ 01:06 ] <delaria> it but in fact I've thought well I , I 've got the avalon now
[ 01:06 ] <delaria> here at home, so sti cabbage
[ 01:06 ] <delaria> but it made me sweat seven shirts certainly
[ 01:06 ] <delaria> and also paid a lot of customs
[ 01:06 ] <agath> I prefer to sweat when doing sports .
[ 01:07 ] <delaria> exact
[ 01:07 ] <delaria> fact, however, these avalon become obsolete in short , spend 700 bitcoins to 10,000 chips avalon I do not care now
[ 01:08 ] <delaria> I do not think that will be punctual deliveries, but maybe I crapped
[ 01:08 ] <delaria> I think the best thing is to focus on a technology from scratch
[ 01:08 ] <delaria> how we are doing
[ 01:08 ] <agath> do not know, however if you order the chips then you have to make the design of the PCB , mount it, etc etc. .. with all the risks involved ...
[ 01:08 ] <agath> not so much that you just stick them on a board with tape ..
[ 01:08 ] <delaria> and precisely ..
[ 01:08 ] <delaria> there are also large expenses
[ 01:08 ] <delaria> and risks ..
[ 01:09 ] <delaria> prefer to risk for a gain serious
[ 01:09 ] <delaria> 10,000 chips as they are 3 terahash ?
[ 01:09 ] <delaria> maybe in September are not + nothing ..
[ 01:09 ] <delaria> another thing is if we have our mask- set ready
[ 01:09 ] <delaria> and make a run for 100,000 chips at 65nm
[ 01:09 ] <delaria> sure is to see tt
[ 01:10 ] <delaria> I'm talking purely in terms of investment
[ 01:10 ] <agath> even I have to go on ASIC assessed directly, but all the ways that I found were very expensive (about $ 700,000 without collateral to arrive at a result.) Then I found that Xilinx had proposed to take risks and be paid only goal achieved , but in the end he concluded. So I suspended the ASIC and FPGA I put on the new .
[ 01:10 ] <agath> are about 2.7 - 2.8 TH / d
[ 01:10 ] <agath> TH / s
[ 01:10 ] <delaria> understood , some good reasoning , I think we have found the right man in China with this one I was telling you
[ 01:11 ] <delaria> xche has connections with TSMC and also has a small factory where he works as a researcher at the University
[ 01:11 ] <delaria> as well as a team of locals there, who can help and joinare
[ 01:11 ] <agath> If you are reliable , very good .
[ 01:11 ] <delaria> not run the risk of some 700k dollars
[ 01:11 ] <delaria> be going to meet him in person obviously
[ 01:11 ] <delaria> I see with my own eyes the results
...

Seems we are very close to all the facts now.

Can someone give me a summary?

Not sure if I can.
Fabrizio claims no direct involvement in Labcoin, beyond signing for a purchase order at TSMC under the name of his company. He does not reckognise theswede as spokesperson, may not even known him.
It appears his sister, Alessia,  may be the one pulling the strings (and owning at least a few avalons).  Alessia may or may not be "Labcoin" aka "Samuel Noi" although I dont remember what the reasoning behind that was.

Other than that, its all clear as mud to me.

That's from google translation.

Seems there're two teams:

1) 130nm designed by Howard Wang, and checked by a Russian.
2) agath is working on 65nm design and he was introduced by theSeven.
