i'm no longer pissed off at labcoin, i'm pissed off at mylseff for ever investing in stocks in these securities websites, look whats happened to bitfunder....crash!

Gee, Im shocked. Who'd have thought SEC regulations would apply to bitfunder too?
If you think this is messy, just wait until asset issuers open their mailboxes and find some letters with a blue/yellow eagle in the letterhead. But yeah, all the SEC talk was just bullshit, right?

When we find out it wasn't the SEC that prompted this what are you going to do?

i think BF started take action after btct,  btct is in USA, bitfunder is in costa rica ,  just scan the website links with web security scan, tells you if site is safe and such with bit more details

U should PM Ukio, he probably didn't think of that, huh?

precisely what most of the bagholders are missing or just still desperately holding on knowing that... if labcon truly had technical issues they would've addressed transfer of shares (direct or exchange) in the first place because that's the priority now knowing btct was shutting down soon, doesn't matter what issue they had at that point... but that never happened and that was already suspicious to me and luckily i sold off all of my shares before they became worthless... day by day this proves itself that it was a lousy scam all along...

This thread is going to get a lot more boring.

It may well be closed, I don't really see why not.

It's not going to get listed in any decent exchange, labcoin doesn't say or does anything, TheSweed knows nothing, coins are gone, we have to move on...

labcoin should arrive back from his 10day away as he said in irc, so that was last week, he should be arriving around next 2 days or so, but give him until weekend.

if he dont show up in forum by weekend, then...............

after that you can keep wait until his 15th oct for device to be back, if none,  its finish, no need coming here, except those who wish to hunt them

I think we can go after theswede and fabrizio. I would say burnside will have to answer as well, due to his heavy profiting off labcoin, and listing them without any verification.

Let us all pool together in the IRC and coordinate actions in these coming days. It is a more global world and scammers dont have reliability of anonymity anymore.

I have not been able to get a hold of Sam in over a week. I have talked to TheSeven over Skype and I can't speak for him but I feel that we are reaching the point where the Labcoin team being absent is just not even close to OK anymore. I still own my 30,000 shares and have taken a close to 99% loss at this time. I have talked to the team of forum members talking on IRC and trying to figure out what is going on with Labcoin and can only say that I of course will do whatever I can do help get to the bottom of what is going on.

I have also contacted Burnside to see what I can possibly do to ensure that all shares are accounted for etc. Right now I share every cent of frustration with everyone else on this forum. I will keep everyone here updated on everything and anything I find out.

I still find it incredibly odd that an actual physical business as owned by Fabrizio would (if that is the case) be willing to stand behind any form of scam, and I can assure everyone here that both me and Burnside did what we at the time considered a very fair due diligence of the project before we ever considered having anything to do with any part of the listing process.

Just FYI Swede, if this ends up being a scam, not all of us hold you responsible.  It's obvious to me at least that you have been acting in good faith.

edit... What contact methods have you had for Sam?  Anything traceable like a phone number, personal email etc.?

Yes, this has become very messy.

Don't forget the people that sold their shares at a huge loss!!!

I can confirm that several users have tried to contact "labcoin" over the last week without success.

I myself can only say that even if it the project gets back on it's feet I would never have gotten involved had I known that it would cause me this much stress for no reason. At this point I just feel stressed out and disappointed in Sam, Fabrizio etc. no matter the outcome.

I am still holding mine, which I guess in hindsight was a stupid idea considering the closure of BTCT.CO and now Bitfunder, but the monetary loss is something I can live with. Much worse to feel that I possibly was a part of causing people to lose money.

I received not a single BTC from Labcoin at any point. I received and purchased shares in the IPO. Including the possible loss of the 30k shares I still hold I now have less BTC then before the IPO.

This is the truth. It seems to me that TheSwede has been doing all that he can with limited resources.

I don't think I'll be monitoring this thread anymore. Best of luck to those of you still with shares and I hope you recover some of your lost money.

I thought Alessia seemed to be a decent person with good judgment when we did our transaction. She treated me fairly with payment and overall it was a good process. I'm really surprised this turned out so poorly. At this point, a lot of people are out a lot of money, so I don't really feel bad about this.

I don't know if it will get you anywhere, but Alessia's email address is btcblackbird@hotmail.com. Maybe it will help.

Why you are still dodging the question about how you contact with Sam?
