neither of these seem to be working properly, many days many thousands of shares (that seem to many times just get wiped from being recorded...haven't payout in ages  |

With the hash level at those pools, useless for low hash miners, wont even get a share in (at 20kh/s), I think its stupid big hash miners using pools (with such low dif and high payout), defeats the whole purpose of pools when they can easily solo. |

With the hash level at those pools, useless for low hash miners, wont even get a share in (at 20kh/s), I think its stupid big hash miners using pools (with such low dif and high payout), defeats the whole purpose of pools when they can easily solo. gld.cryptocoinmine.com was a PPS pool which gives out a straight rate (block reward/difficulty) per hash regardless of the pool/miner hash rate. Unfortunately I had to change it back to proportional after taking huge losses mostly due to the size of the Goldcoin network. Once the Goldcoin network gets larger, I will open a new PPS Goldcoin pool and keep the current Proportional pool running. |
