I don't think that crypto trading can be considered addictive. Many people people are into trading but that is their way of gaining huge sum of money and increase the status of their life. However some people lose more assets rather than accumulating because of day trading. We better put it in our perspective that crypto trading is one way to have a better life rather that to call it addiction.

And again we are talking about the need to invest only those funds that you are not afraid to lose.  Otherwise, losing money can cause problems with the head.   The guy just could not stand the load.  I know that such cases occur in high-risk markets, many can not withstand the nervous system.  But  other people, after experiencing such falls in the market on the contrary become stronger and move forward, do not repeat their mistakes, and invest in different tools.

My crypto trading habits start feeling like an addiction Smiley
first and last thing I do,, every day i'll checking the charts and every free minute im thinking about strategies..if i cannot win. Even with a profit,,I mostly experience sellers remorse..I always want to go long term but a few hours later i change my mind mostly do to some active besides for just waiting..The rush of triggering a limit order  Smiley At least im doing quite ok  Smiley

Crypto trading can be an addiction to some people, just like gambling is.  Investing in crypto, stocks, and gambling whether it's online or in a casino all have the potential to be a problem with people who don't have enough self control to do it responsibly.

I heard about a guy in Moscow, who jumped out of the window, because he lost all his money in crypto investments and trading. So, do we have a new free heroin here? Is it possible to get addicted to crypto?

for me, it depends on your score because people who always earn money and made their Crypto Assets grow should be addicted.
I haven't tried to trade off my altcoins and invest into some more promising Altcoins but instead I am investing promising new altcoins out of my hard-earned money.
If trading works for you then you'll be lucky because Crypto enthusiasts will be soon engaging crypto trading just to make their Crypto Assets growing in numbers and values.

well, crypto trading is better than gambling because on gambling at any point of time you'll lose 100% of your capital but unlike crypto trading, you'll only lose a portion of it because Crypto is all about increasing and declining in price values therefore you only lose the decrease portion of value and not the total capital you had invested.
it could be addicting too if you always gain profits so if you think you are skilled enough to trade then go ahead, there are so much lessons should be learned along the way.

I wouldn't call jumping out of the window addicting.  You can only do that once, then you die.  Addictions are things you keep doing over and over like being addicted to drugs, alcohol, sex, etc.  Trading cryptocurrencies is not for everyone, the market may be too volatile for most to handle.

Never invest all your assets, you know, no one can be lucky enough to go on, let alone such a high-risk transaction.

I think it's not crypto trading that is addictive, but the act of making money / gambling.
Yes you are definitely correct. I think it is called greed rather than addiction. Addiction is more like getting into something, craving for it so much like you can't live without it to the point where you destroy your own life. We can say that guy is more like greedy for wanting huge profit out of crypto trading rather than being addicted to trading. He was addicted to making money.

I think it is not ad addiction, who ever jump in on crypto trading looking to earn money from trading. So it more about needs and ambitious. As a trader you should learn to be wise, humble and patient. So you can face all the issues that happen in trading.

For some people, it can become an addiction, the same as any other activity, for instance working hard or gambling. However, even if it is an addiction, it is something very good and very useful. Probably I am also an addict.

Well, as we know too much will cause miserable happenings on our life. On my opinion, there are a lots of people who are busy in trading, gambling and joining different bounties as they are capable to do by having time management and health conscious. We must be responsible all the time so that everything will ok.

perhaps you are right, if you do not have a good self discipline, trading can make you to isolate from the rest of the world and to lose friends, family and heath

Certainly, it is very addicting and fairly similar to betting, yet it really is more socially acceptable

I am sorry to hear this news.
It should not have happened.
Business cryptocurrency is full of risks but the risk is not an excuse to do things that harm yourself.
Managing your own emotions is very important to overcome the things that are not desirable.

I am not surprised to hear about that.
There are many people committing suicide just because they lost money in stocks or gamble every day.
Cryptocurrency market is much more volatile compared with stock market.
That is very understandable.

Cryptocurrency trading actually has lower risk than others kind of trading, becasue when in floating minus or loss there are will be other chance to recover lose, the market has posibility to going up, no one lose in crypto if we extra patient wait for other next bullish trend. Just take alook price of BTC and other popular coins , in every years going up.
