Yes, I'm sorry for the guy. This case can show that addiction can also be on crypto
According to NIST and ECRYPT II, the cryptographic algorithms used in Bitcoin are expected to be strong until at least 2030. (After that, it will not be too difficult to transition to different algorithms.)

Man its not only addiction but its way more than addiction for me. I spend my day out in trading cryptos, watching prices and its all fun as long as you are earning. Grin

I heard about a guy in Moscow, who jumped out of the window, because he lost all his money in crypto investments and trading. So, do we have a new free heroin here?
I thought losing all your money in crtpyo trading was almost impossible because you can cash out whatever coins you have left to avoid this kind of a loss...am sure there is more to the story than whats in the public domain.

It can probably be an addication.... Well most likely anyway. It´s like working I guess. I f you really really really like the work you are doing then that means at some point that will be one of the only things that you will think about.

It is an addiction more for investors than for traders.

Sure. It's called ludomania, same decease all chronic gamblers have.

Crypto is so fast and has so much gains it's close to gambling. But if you make your timeline (when to sell what) you don't have to check 10 times per day unless you are selling in the near future.

Suicide is committed not as an inference, but because of depression. But to depression can lead anything: from drugs and the breakup of love relationships to the banal loss of money. And the crypto currency is nothing to do with it.

Trading is like gambling but there is very less risk compared to gambling. You can loose money only if you invest your money blindly. I think many people get addicted to earn more money and it's normal. I have read many times here that invest only what you can afford to loose and it's a universal truth so if you don't follow it then you'll most likely end up loosing your hard earned money.

I think he is not addicted to crypto investments and trading, he is addicted in making a lot of money and desperate to be rich. Crypto investment and trading has a lot of advantages or benefits if you know your limitations and do the right thing. Putting all your money in one investment is like risking your entire income.

Woah! that's crazy, I hope he didn't die by jumping on the window Cheesy, Anyway, maybe he has lack of expereince and knowledge about trading and investment and now he have one. Maybe he was so crazy making a lot of money in crypto or maybe it was not really in trading and investment but in casino, something like that, that's why he lost all his money and the only thing that he could do is to start again and what happen will be the lesson in his life..

All kind of trading may turn to an addiction if you cannot hold yourself.
earning money is an addiction too you have to control yourself and leave your emotions while trading.

Absolutely, it's funny you ask this question because i have experience with substance abuse in my life and i recently overcame it within the last 4 years. This past year I got into crypto and I most definitely can see my addictive personality out in full swing. It's very interesting to look at it from this different perspective I have gained through years of clean time.

Interesting thing, the mind. Even more interesting is cryptos!

Trading is almost addictive and now cryptocurrency trading more addictive because the value of price is kept increasing in the market of we hold them for long term. The only thing is they keep diverting from one to another if they make profot in one coin.

Yes highly addictive,  specially formulated if you start to notice that need, urge in side you, to check the prise even in the middle of the night. Find yourself skipping your daily routines it is and can be addictive if you don't know how to control you and your emotions. I have found somewhere that some say that it is like being in casino, betting, playing rules etc. because like every coin was made mostly for pure profit and it's all speculation rather than to have their own sole purpose which when I think of it can make sense to even why it can be addictive.
