Just spent an hour emailing the details of Skrill transfer, sent him US$ worth of 0.2 BTC and he tells me "Sir I need your private key to send you money to BTC address".

After that no reply from him!

Each block is stacked on top of the previous one. Adding another block to the top makes all lower blocks more difficult to remove: there is more "weight" above each block. A transaction in a block 6 blocks deep (6 confirmations) will be very difficult to remove.

your topic stated  " p2pchange.com IS A SCAM "

I am not defending them but as i reviewed their site i found they only exchange with BTC and pm only. and you are saying they scammed you via skrill   Undecided

as if they clearly stated on their site -

P2PChange.com not offer services on third-party sites (localbitcoins, forums) and via skype, icq. We are not responsible for attempting to exchange the persons acting on behalf of our service.

So if someone scammed you out of their site its totally your fault or if they really scammed you , you have to file a dispute or chargeback asap
