I am not defending them but as i reviewed their site i found they only exchange with BTC and pm only. and you are saying they scammed you via skrill  

as if they clearly stated on their site -

So if someone scammed you out of their site its totally your fault or if they really scammed you , you have to file a dispute or chargeback asap
