Track record of the bounty manager and the transparency at which any ICO practise in the course of pitching their idea to attract funding is the first thing I look for before joining any ICO  to invest or to promote. These two fundermental attribute must be present without which I can not participate!

Check out their ratings on the ICO reviewers platform such as ICO Rating, ICO Bench, etc so you can see how the project's potential to rise.
But the project's success is also useless if you picked up a wrong BM (Bounty Manager), so I suggest to choose the campaigns managed by some of the renowned names such as Sylon, AmaziX, or ColorlessK (now managing his own bounty platform, Bounty Hive) so you will always be paid after you complete the tasks.

Its true that finding a good paying campaign is so hard to guess, but there are some ways also to have bigger chance of landing on one. My way of choosing is that I always watch the fund raised of the campaign, when the soft cap is almost 50% reached and there is still lots of time, then that's the ICO I try to participate. That way, even if I can only get smaller stakes because usually it will be in the middle of the campaign, but still the chance of being paid big is higher.

Look out for the team, are they real or just fake profiles, the white paper content, do they have a working prototype of the project, do they have a great organic community that is not just created by just Airdrops and refferal programs etc. Most important thing here is do reseach

A good campaign are those who team with a big name in a cryptocurrencies, once they have many projects that have been successfully launched they have many investors who are willing to participate in their token sale or ico.  If that project is new, make some research mate on what, how and why you should join them

Team first! Why trust/participate in an ICO if its team looks very suspicious to be scammers by just investigating deeply their profile? The team is the core people behind the ICO and it is most likely be the determinants of the ICO's future.

To find a good campaign, I often find out about the many projects, content, development team and community of the project. I evaluate them and synthesize to make a decision to participate. that campaign or not

To find a great bounty campaign, you need to have a checklist. This will guide you in finding the best out of many campaigns.
1. Idea - the idea for a project must be authentic, creative and most inportantly, realistic.
2. People- who are the people behind the project, what are their backgrounds, do they have the staff required to bring the project into fruitition?
3. Product - What is the product purpose, will it actual sell?
All the data can be viewed in the project’s whitepaper.

I keep track of the facebook pages of the people who communicate for the project and I watch the news on that project every day to see if it's really good for me to join.

I just wanna know how to find a campaign or an ico that is successful and will be sucessful

we can't find it for sure 100%, but here is my suggestion for you :
you have to check the website,m the whitepaper, developers, manager, and the most important thing is the idea of the project and the platform itself.

It is hard to just find you should better research about it and read their white papers to make some proof of successful, but even though they have a great project that you read about them. It has a possible chance of 50/50 chance of success and not reaching their success so you better to get your best luck and support to the campaign you joined to get their success in the future.

Searching a good campaign is very challenging, for seaching a good campaign you must need more patients and a lot of time to for you to find better one.  For me asking somebody that have more experiences when in comes to bounty campaign. Because a higher rank member are have more knowledge to find a ideal campaign. But for me the important way to choose a best campaign is to study their platforms, road maps and analyze their marketing plan. In addition to that choosing a knowledgeable bounty manager is the primary key to success.

How to find a great campaign? Its not easy, searching a good campaign is very a lot challenging. You need great experience to find one. And it rakes some time to find because there are many campaigns that are good. But sometimes not all of them pay. You must research informatiins, read whitepapers. There tou would see if that articular campaign has the potential to grow and to be successful in the future.

There are factors to consider when looking for a good ICO. First the goal and purpose of the project. An ICO becomes popular and a hit depending on what the project aims for. Second the people running the project. Always do background checks on the people behind the campaign to verify wether they are legit or fake people who just want to scam. Third check the campaign managers. Good campaign managers are one of the key of having a successful ICO. You don't want to work with a non active manager right who doesn't reply to your inquiries and concerns. Also check on how many successful ICO have he manage before. Those are some of the factors I can think of hope you find a good campaign and happy bounty hunting fellow hunter.

You will be able find a very good project if you just read the whitepaper and then you will be able to learn a lot more about the development team. then study what the purpose of the project ane the roadmap of the project. Then you have to self assess whether the project's targets are achievable or not
