Beginner Struggels 800/3 confirmations but no Balance in wallet

Hey you guys, I am new to the whole scene and I would love for some advice.
I recently sent roughly 200€ in BTC from my blockchain.info wallet to shapeshift to recive ether in return.
Meanwhile the transaction has been confirmed with over 800/3 confirmations but the ether have never actually arrived in my wallet.
There is another transaction I am waiting on, showing the same amount of confirmations made on the 6th of december from my blockchain.info wallet to bitfinex  (roughly 50 euros in BTC) but it never arrived.
Is there anything you guys can recommend in addition to email Blockchain.info about it.
Any advice is appreciated.

Can you give us the TXid of your transaction from blockchain to shapeshift so that we can check if what is your issue there or problem . .
Better to wait also sometimes it takes 3 to 6 confirmation before they confirmed that they receive your bitcoin..
If your transaction has low fee sometimes your transaction it takes too long before it confirms.. 
My recommendation is to increase the miners fee because this is the big problem these days the fee still too high that is why there are lots of unconfirm transaction or it takes too long before get confirm..

Did you read their note before making the transaction? Shapeshift has a message beside the converter if you didn't notice it here's what it says. I recommend to contact shapeshift's support about this if you still haven't received your coins until now.

PLEASE NOTE: Our Bitcoin miner fee is set very high due to Bitcoin network congestion, so please avoid small Bitcoin transactions on ShapeShift for now. Anything under $250 USD is unadvisable, and transactions may be delayed for hours.

I think the problem is on shapeshift's end because of the note. I sent some bitcoins earlier and only used 50k sats from blockchain's wallet and had some confirms in an hour.
