Just use escrow. Problem solved.

Recommended Exchanges: Binance.com | CelsiusNetwork
GPG ID: 4880D85C | 1% Escrow | 8% IPO/ICO Escrow services Temporarily Closed | Bitcointalk is the ONLY place where I use this name (No Skype/IRC/YIM/AIM/etc) | 13CsmTqGNwvFXb7tD9yFvJcEYCDTB8wQTS | Beware of these SCAM sites! | *Sponsored Link

Just use escrow. Problem solved.

User is unwilling to use escrow because of time constraints he says.  He also states he has had other trades on this site (maybe in the German forum section where he has posted before)

It's safe to say that the Jalapeno thing was a Scam. I also got scammed by him (only red the first two pages of his thread and thought he seems trustworthy)...

Reported him https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=264395.msg2827738#msg2827738

Dont trade with him!
