In the past few weeks the market price is unstable, I think it's better to invest long-term with some crypto coin that is declining for now, for profitable results in the future. Surely you buy some crypto coin at a falling price and sell it when the price is going up and it's profitable.

Partly you can invest because now the market is close to bottom. So to be in the right moment buy now the top 15 altcoins and bitcoin and wait for the right moment to sell first part in August and then in December because then situation will be the same like now.
