In your opinion, What will be the top 5 alt coins to shine in 2018?

In my opinion, it is better to make your own research and trust your guts.

The most of the privacy coins are undervalued right now.

The best opportunity is to find a privacy-related project with a low total supply (less than 100M), that way the price will be increasing much faster.

I recently found one project called Ethereum Meta, it is related to anonymity and untraceable transaction. They have a very interesting project to build the Anonymous E-Market Place.

I will make my own list like following: Litecoin, ethereum, monero, waves and xem. They're all serious ones if you can hold them.

LTC, ETH, and SYS are my top favorites. An ICO I like is PinkDate. I think it will have a lot of potential for growth in 2018. Top 5, likely not. But still an undervalued project.

So I'm going to list 5 with a brief description if it's a little less well known or a short reason why.


1.  Oyster   - Remove ads on websites in favor of using the viewers computer to mine via tangle + some more ambitious decentralized internet coming with the pearl airdrops.
2.  Steemit  - Youtube, Facebook, other mainstream media is starting to really clamp down on free speech/expression.  A decentralized platform offering those types of services and paying you to post them will become more and more popular.
3.  Kucoin    - Lots of negativity about this exchange atm.  They have come so far so quickly I think they are showing signs they can fix their problems and be a very good competitive top 10 exchange.
4.  Neo        - Starting to really get a good amount of projects on it's blockchain.  Keeps doing everything right.  Another airdrop in a few days. Seems a bright future.
5.  Wepower  - Green energy trading platform.  More and more people/countries are trying to go green.  Already has 1 huge solar farm signed on.  This platform is coming in at the right time.

Nobody can really predict the future, so it's all speculation. I like to divide my top five coins into safe coins, and considered risk coins. My considered risk coin is ChainLink, because of its importance to the underlying etherium framework. My safe coins are BTC, ETH, BCH and MTC. The first three are well known and really need no explanation. As for MTC, there is an airdrop currently going on and you can get 450k coins if you meet the conditions.  So its a risk free investment and is totally safe. Its been around for years and is currently being revived. Btc are the ones Currently Expected to ruling top five places in altcoin market. Investors are always Seeking one of these coins mostly and investing into them. first is ethereum I believe this coin is the next bitcoin once the bitcoin die the price of ether is very high now. 2nt is waves is the next Ethereum.  I would assume, Cardano, Cindicator, Wanchain, etc would be the best, yet I have absolutely no clear idea,
