Sounds dishonest and sketchy.

Mega probably sniffed out the trojan you put in there.

Hi.
I tried you're version for 3 days. It works well but my hashrate went from 1.8kh to 1.69 on flypool. Either it doesn't work or... You take more fees !

I tested one day. The average speed on the pool remained exactly the same as when using the original file. The author takes the commission, but veiled it, Maybe he takes it every 6, 12 hours. This author is a fraudster.

Crazy how people can be greedy, altering someone else work just to earn 2% more, if you don't like the 2% fee simply go back to EWBF or any other miner

No more greedy and the devs of these mining programs, th devs are more greedy than you think. There work isn't worth what they charge us, maybe you should do some math over just 6 months of dishing out dev fees. It's disgusting, and how much these guys make is just bs, take claymore for instance you know he makes well over 100k a month between all his miners and his ass could easily reduce his fee to 1 percent and still make a killing, but does he fuck no, why because he is greedy. So before you start to bitch and complain about miners being greedy why don't you bitch and complain about the devs doing it too
Isn't worth, seriously? Write your own miner. Yes I know that you can't - too stupid to do that - that's why you don't value others work - miserable thief.

Heh, exactly!
The irony in the story is that it's a classic case of the pot calling the kettle black.
I bet he's mining for the love of the community... Money and greed have absolutely nothing to do with it, right? Cheesy Cheesy

I analysed this program

While mining on nanopool and blocking flypool in windows firewall(192.99.160.185) an error comes up: connection closed by server r:2

This means one of the developers is still taking fee from me or at least there is always an active keep alive connection to flypool.

I have been mining for 2 days now and avg did go down from 490H/s to 456.5H/s

See image for proof

There is some good news, let's mine on nanopool with flypool on 192.99.160.185 3443 blocked. And we will see in a few days if a 1070 can make the reported 505H/s without dev fee.

I advise to keep a good copy of this patched version of zm cos nekidtruth will patch this fix.

I can confirm that all the unencrypted mining.submit shared goes to my own wallet entered. But there is an encyptred TLS connection to flypool and i'm not yet sure what it does. It looks for now that no big data that can include share's is going to flypool but i have to monitor for maybe 12+ hours to be sure.

We also have to block 192.99.33.207 3443 seems to be another server of flypool that this program wants to connect with

And we have to block
213.32.74.230
213.32.29.150
94.23.20.210
213.32.29.150
94.23.199.191
188.165.195.21

and the range
213.32.0.0 To
213.32.255.255

This causes the miner to go in Server not responding - retrying mode.
So without flypools server's online this stupid miner does noting

After blocking even more ip's and domains exept the ones from nanopool.

2018-01-02 05:05:16|#  connected to: zec-eu1.nanopool.org:16666
2018-01-02 05:05:46|connect failed

What happens here is that the program secretly wants to connect to a dev fee pool waits 30 second for timeout and than shuts down

so what you are saying is, this "no dev fee" doesn't even work and there is no other way to remove the dev fee from the original dstm miner?

I do not trust such offers. First is copyright infringement. Secondly you don't know what is written in this miner. Possible with the help of this software, hackers get access to your wallet or mined coins. You will lose more. Why when hackers break wallets people are outraged but when they climbs into other people's pockets, they forget about what is bad.
The original isn't copyrighted it's just a closed source .exe with anything in it, it's not open source so same risk with that miner as this

Still going to use dstm's miner that i already have.

Id rather support the community and its developers by paying dev fees. Just my view.

for me dev fee it's to zcash to pay it...
they win cash from it & on us.

we work for zcash , where you see worker pay boss to get work ?  Huh
not really logic...

but i dont think like this, all i see it's get my money back from hardware buyed / pay my electricity
when it donne im ok for pay fee. ....

If the same people who made/create the coins made the miners, Id agree.

Without 3rd party mining programs.... where would we be?
Nobody ever made a closed source Bitcoin miner that collected fees. All the newbies don't get open source, think devs are like CEO's of a company...why Bitcoin is king
