so I took a break from crypto and haven't really done much research on masternodes or staking since I have returned. how does staking work? based on it being a timed thing like solving a block, I figured I would get full reward for PoS when it was my turn, because I am not sharing like in a pool. but I am getting different stake amounts each time I get PoS income. it seems one block I got good reward one block I got ok reward and others I get 1/10 - 1/25 of the high reward. like I'm only getting reward from transactions or something idk how it works yet. anyone that can do a quick run down of how this PoS works?

If you check the OP there are schedules for the different block rewards. Also, keep in mind that this is a hybrid coin so there are also blocks created through POW. Check the block number you solved and have a look at the schedule. It should be fine. There is also a small portion of tx fees that goes towards the person who solved the block.

Also, where is the damn roadmap and whitepaper? Its two months late! How do you guys not have any of this done by now, this could take maybe 1 week to do to perfection. Shouldnt you know immediately? I mean I get it if it were a complicated coin or one with something super new and innovative, bit I’m increasingly starting to suspect that when its released the only things on it will be “enegy saving staking good for environment” and the like. If you guys had a good brand then you could go on that but the fledgling efforts I’ve seen so far are the quality of a 12yo child just learning how to use photoshop.

Isn't the POS reward following the above schedule? Also keep in mind that POW produces blocks that are then taken away so to say from the POS schedule. That means you can reach the next step of the POS schedule without producing the number of POS blocks as mentioned in the table above.
