i think no body can help you etherdelta system like myetherwallet. If you loss password / private key or anythink ..... you can't recover it. |

You should know that without your private key you can not recover anything. It works by the same way as your private key on any bitcoin wallet.. without it, you are lost.
And why the fuck did you lost it? You had some coins in there, it is your fault, not etherdelta's fault.

ah seen this topic many times, sorry for your lose mate nothing you can do if you lost your private key except you have json file. if you delete it accidentaly you can try some recovery tools at internet or hire an expert to do it for you

If you lose your private key to your wallet that is connected to etherdelta, then there is no. Hope of you recovering your fund. Your fund is lost forever! If you can try to remember if you back it up somewhere then you may recover your fund otherwise, forget about it and move on.

It is so hard to recover your account if you lost your private key because it is the only way to open up your account. Did you backup your private key? Next time please use metamask that is connected to your myetherwallet.

As far as I know, there is no way for you to recover your valuable coins. You are responsible for your security. I am very sorry for your loss. Private keys are so essential. Etherdelta is connected to MyEtherWallet. It says in MyEtherWallet that they cannot recover our funds if we lose our private key. Next time, be very careful of your private key. Have a backup file of your private key so that if you lost it again you still have one or more files containing your private key. You may print your private key as well and keep it in a safe place. |

You are right, Etherdelta is a decentralized exchange that they do not save any personal information on their severs, just like the myetherwallet, so no one can help you and you lost all your money in your account for sure, it is a pity. |

I guess when you lose your pre-existing wall key there is no other way to recover it. private key is very important but I think too many people ignore it.

Once you lost your private key in Etherdelta you can no longer retrieved it, your responsible to safekeep your private key, the best thing to do is for you to create another/ new wallet address. LESSON LEARNED.

That's a big problem if you don't have any backup of your account information somewhere else. Maybe all you have to do is contact the Etherdelta admin and tell them about this and im sure they can fix this.

This is really very unfortunate because once you loose your private key, there is nothing you can do about it. Even the owner of Etherwallet cannot do anything about it. I am very sorry about that. My advice is for you to open another wallet. Thanks

there is nothing you can do about this bro. thats why when you created account in myether wallet it says you should backup your private keys.you are responsible in your own wallet and private keys so theres way to recover it. next time you create wallet you should back it up in your mail or put it in your notepad and save it or you can also print those qrcode given by mew after creating wallet
