Hi, I'm new to this forum but do have references elsewhere:
I have an extensive selling history on both ebay and watchuseek for watches.
Heres my ebay: https://www.ebay.com/usr/thejapu
Heres my watchuseek : http://forums.watchuseek.com/member.php?u=164576

Looking to buy Btc/eth/ltc/other alts for about 400 usd via paypal. (smaller transactions fine too)
Willing to do Friends&Family paypal option if you are a trusted member here. Also we can do small transactions to build trustworthiness.
Let me know if anyone is interested. Thanks

Willing to do Friends&Family paypal option so no risk of chargeback to you if you are a trusted member here.

Wrong. Family/friends option can be charged back. Simply dispute the payment by advising PayPal it wasn't you or it was a fraudulent payment and you know nothing about it. PayPal has reversed such payments and will not hesitate to reverse yours if brazenly challenge the transfer after getting the coins.

As for references and feedback earned elsewhere, trusted traders here usually rely on the internal trust system of this site. It may not be a solid indicator of integrity but it is a definitive measure of one's credibility.

Be careful of requests to chat on Skype. It is a scammer's preferred choice of communicating with their victims. Private and zero interference from those sharp eyed members here who might ruin their scam strategy.

Hmm ok .. edited post.
Yes, i realize reputation elsewhere isn't easily digestible for all but that is what i have for now (it is very solid is you want to confirm my identity there) Which is why i said i am willing to do smaller transactions to build rep here.
Thanks for the info and advice man Smiley

Just a word of advise to those who use paypal to sell btc. There a good reason why almost all currency exchange companies do not use paypal Smiley

Even if you confirm the buyers identity by requesting ids, selfies etc... Paypal will still freeze the funds for a very long time until the investigation is completed (should the buyer submit a dispute claiming the transaction was not authorized). This is mainly because Paypal still does not have a solid policy for digesting digital currency sales. In most cases a seller will loose the dispute.

Stay away from using paypal... I speak from my own experience Smiley
