the pool find a lot of blocks.
But the difficulty is so low, that a lot miners find the same block at the same time. And so it get rejected.
I think thats the reason, why nobody else create a pool.

I raised the stratum difficulty, may now we have more chance to get the blocks.

The rest are external pools and it's not up to us.
Everybody can mine on their own using the wallet:
In the wallet go to help -> debug window -> console and then type setgenerate true or setgenerate true 1 to use just one thread (Keep Your CPU partly free) To check mining status the command is getmininginfo

from what i compile for linux daemon. it seem pretty clean and normal. but maybe need more experts to check for you if you still have doubt.
