Unlike traditional banking where clients have only a few account numbers, with Bitcoin people can create an unlimited number of accounts (addresses). This can be used to easily track payments, and it improves anonymity.

I can provide anything anyone wants, but I dont think peggy is gonna try and clear her name or anything. Paypal sided with me on two of the charge backs because it was funded from her bank account and they said it was clearly made by her then later took that back too. So she go the funds from 5 charge backs over a 15 day period.
