I had one coin, the price of which soared that the 2000 coins received on airdrop began to cost 185 dollars. But this was an isolated case. In general, participation in airdrop is not a grateful occupation. I stopped participating in them.

I got some SHT token without doing anything it’s about 100 million coins I sold these coins around 1.5 ether price were around 500$ it was the highest gain from airdrop.

The only one biggest profits that i got from airdrops is from ebtc.  I was got shock when i heared that EBTC price pump huge in just 5 days from the day they distribute the token,  its cost almost $1200 for every  account that has got listed in this airdrop and for me i exchange mine for almost $900 because the exchange site was experiencing a very hard network traffic at the time that ebtc hits its highest pump at that day so i decide to sell mine at next day.

My biggest profit from airdrops was from Ethereum Cash and Ethereum Lite. eCoins was trending at that time and gladly I was able to get in and cashout.

i had join 2 or 3 airdrop but i never get the token. i think it might be scam. but i wonder the expert how do you differentiate scam and the real one?

I think it can happen if an airdrop has good project and planning so that airdrop will have a successful ICO if an ICO is successful then airdrop price will soar and it is certain that those who follow the project will benefit greatly if they are willing to be patient until the target on the project is reached.

If I have a few mins to kill during the day (usually when waiting for ETH/BTC to hit the exchanges from my wallet) Ill sign up for an airdrop or two. Most of the ones that I have either haven't hit exchanges or are worth under $1.

TRON (TRX) was the first one for me that actually did something.

500 free TRX peaked at ~$30 and is currently worth ~$19

I think in the past charts I see TRX price in about 0.04$ and I never see a 1$

my biggest profit was NEM. It was few years ago, maybe the end of 2014 or the beginning of 2015.

It was...an other era of altcoin, when airdrop was real airdrop and not only a few dollars.

    In airdrop you can earn without doing a hard task or without doib anything. Unlike in signature or any social media campaign that you nees to comply their rules and do some task to get paid.

Yes, it is, but the coins or tokens you get from an Airdrop were mostly shitcoins thus it is still better to work your ass off if you want to make some bucks.

My biggest was from ebtc when it first came up.I made upto about $1500 from that airdrop and fortunately sold at the peak before it's price crashes.Eltcoin was also a big hit for me.I tried hodling but needed money urgently and had to sell off.I Regretted later but there was nothing i could do.The airdrops now adays aren't as lucrative as first even though i still join them just in case

I shocked when I saw $1500, I don't know how it is genuine but $1500 from airdrop is impossible right now. I just signed up last day for an airdrop of a token and I think I will earn it a just a little bit. However, airdrop is not stressful than bounty and mining but it is not more profitable as of now.

Dont say it's impossible, Look at HAT, it's worth is $7+ and right now am sitting on a worth of $1100+ from their airdrop alone..
now take look at ACC worth $6+, so it still very possible
