We will try to reproduce the problem on Windows 7 rig. Is this also happening with older drivers?
To answer this since I mean the same issue by saying that: * Win7, GTX10 Series has lower hash rates
It's the same issue exactly like this: Has anyone figured out the low hashrate problem on Windows 7 when using NVIDIA GTX10xx series cards, RTX cards work fine on Win7 and hash at full speed, I tried diff versions of PM and still only get about half the speed, I got 14 total rigs, 6 rigs on Win7 that work great with no problems but had to switch to GMINER for the time being, and 8 rigs on Win10 using PM with no problems. We will try to reproduce the problem on Windows 7 rig. Is this also happening with older drivers?
Yes, it is. It happens with any Nvidia drivers under Win7. More details: The issue suddenly happens a month+ ago after some new DAG was reached, on any machines that are run Win7 and have card from 10 GPU Series. There was no any changes to the machine/same drivers as before, but hash rate reduced by 1/4 or 1/5 for all 10 Series cards. Older drivers was used 38x.xx [that hash rate was always higher before that] Tired multiple drivers, more newest, latest nothings helps. For example: 1060 6GB was 24.xx, and suddenly unable to go more than 19.xx with regardless of any settings or anything. The hash rate for those cards become crippled when using PhoenixMiner under Win7 Under Win10 is fine, or under Win7 is also fine if another miner is used like Gminer, who addressed this issue and they fix it quickly. * Win10, 1060 6GB cards, when GPUs clocks are applied via miner with command line parameters, clocks/voltages/memory, miner start reporting wrong power consumption.. [unreal low one], you can check that by comparing the power consumption reported by miner with other tools like GPU-Z and similar. When all those options are removed, (and miner no longer control the GPU parameters like clocks/voltages) the miner start reporting the correct power consumption. We will need logs to reproduce these problems, as we haven't seen anything similar on our test rigs.
Don't have access to those rigs anymore where I saw that issue, but will try to duplicate them on a different one tomorrow. [This was 100% reproducible issue like other issues.] * Win10, for 3080 GPU when using command line option "-tmaxmem xx", it cause brutal share staling for all GPUs (with regardless of GPU's models used in the same rig) lag of 2888ms, 3000ms, 300ms in that range randomly vary between 300ms - 3000ms. When this option is removed, all found shares return to normal latency of 38ms for all GPUs We will need logs to reproduce these problems, as we haven't seen anything similar on our test rigs.
Okay, I've recorded it and sent you the logs for this issue, please check PM. + There is another issue that I forgot to tell: With this mixed setup of 3xxx & 1xxx Series GPUs , only power consumptions for 3xxx Series GPUs are reported, for 1xxx Series power consumptions its missing. [its included in the same logs too]

The above post (from the forum user stef_stef) probably contains malware! Do not download anything from the links in his post! Our GitHub account was terminated (not a big surprise after they deleted some other mining software repos but we kind of liked the functionality there). Again, no explanation was given - they just don't want to host popular mining software it seems. Our new host is up and running. You can find the latest version of PhoenixMiner (as well as older releases and beta versions) here: https://phoenixminer.info/downloads/As always, make sure to compare the checksums of the downloaded files with these from the first post of this thread. This is a good idea for any download and takes mere seconds to do. It very much did contain malware as I woke up and found I had been TeamViewer?(not sure) hacked and they transferred out 2.34 BTC (but left 0.27, wonder why?) among other coins. Don't be dumb like me, just thought I'd share, sad day for me. There isn't anything that can be done about it I'm guessing? All in all I am grateful they didn't take everything but it does hurt quite a bit... the shock is wearing off and now feeling a bit sickly. That is really bad! The best thing you can do is try to check the destination address and if it is in some of the big exchanges, you try writing them to at least block the account of the scammers. The malicious post was deleted by the admins without 30 minutes or so, and we reported it as soon as we noticed it. The github account that it linked was created just yesterday. Please, please, do not download anything PhoenixMIner-releated from posts that are not from our account! And always compare the checksums - it is quite easy to do and can spare you a lot of trouble. Additional good security practice is to always keep your private keys encrypted, and not on the same machine from which you are making the transactions. Thanks so much for the reply. This is the Transaction ID https://www.blockchain.com/btc/address/1MJuFBK113sY3ayJRF7gHUnSK7KPKuSBJiThey got more then just the 2.34 BTC, that was just from my Exodus wallet, it's 3.7142388 BTC total. I'm feeling soo poorly and stressed I can't think straight at this point but if someone could help me get it back I'd be happy to split it with them. Total was around $200k at time stolen... These are the funds stolen from my Jaxx wallet: 5/12/21 @ 3:06AM 0.071481382 Ether & 9,389.268794 USDT https://etherscan.io/address/0x582262ac8f1f9ce2dfdbf5e3acbbe8eb66c195175/12/21 @ 3:21AM BCH 0.81213413 https://explorer.bitcoin.com/bch/tx/c972d9fa17fac26b061d49c6f48679ffb975a76953658b0e1432e32e4b3560d55/12/21 @ 3:07AM LTC 12.10100724 https://blockchair.com/litecoin/address/LRj49XiUFMvcaQc4SVumJ8xHYZjvRAYzvUFrom what I can tell it's sitting unspent... Any help is appreciated but as far as I know I don't see much reason to be hopeful. Thanks for letting me share, I don't mean to bring anyone else down.

Sadly... you are not getting anything back - the coins have been confirmed into the hacker's wallets. They simply have not moved them to any other wallet yet.

I have issues getting my hash up to full speed!
RX580 with all sorts of drivers, latest being 21.5.1 and PM 5.6d on Win7
It runs at about 9.3MH, (rated at 30-34) and never above that on the ethermine.org pool. (I havent tried other pools yet as I want at least one payout for all the time spent doing this so far.
I tried drivers from 2019, 2020, and even the Blockchain one most recently, but it just kicks out the program, and tells me the GPU is stopped or paused when I try to force an auto speed test.
I have undervolted and overclocked with MSI, (CC 1175/MC 2150/ CV-100) but could not get any BIOS to work right either, so I'm leaving that alone for now too.
It does get shares, with the recent drivers, (but not BC one) but I feel like it could do much better!
I really dont want to move to win 10, as you may understand.
Any help is appreciated!

I don't agree - it looks completely fake and dangerous (or suspicious at the least...)
It is full of amateurish statements and web design elements - you can tell for certain that it is a scam website. Even in the footer, all the "Community" links just lead to Ethereum social media accounts. There is no info about who is behind the site, no contact - nothing. As well, all the download links lead to some shady hosting website and the downloads are "protected" with a password.
There is nothing real, genuine and authentic about this fake, scam, most likely malware-ridden site. We must find a way to take it down IMMEDIATELY.
well, "I" never said it was safe, and now know better, others here had looked at it and thought it was. And yeah, it does reek, so whatever can be done should be. Maybe contact the .org ppl and tell them?

Windows 7 I tried many NVIDIA drivers. 441.12 451.48 452.06 457.51 466.27
GTX1060 6gb, 1070, 1080, and 1080ti all report low hashrate, but RTX20xx series show correct speed, this problem started around the time when 4gb cards were loosing speed, when DAG file got over 4gb in size. For couple weeks using -eres 1 or 0 command would help restore full speed, but that was only temporary. GMINER fixed the problem in December. I would rather use PM for all my rigs, remote monitoring is better with PM and Claymores ETHMAN. I will gather all the logs I have if needed, I still have them from different rigs all running Win7.
GMINER v2.38 @develsoftware develsoftware released this on Dec 25, 2020 -fixed performance degradation on Ethash under Windows 7 and Windows 8.1

-gt <n> Set the GPU tuning parameter (6 to 400). The default is 15. You can change the tuning parameter interactively with the "+" and "-" keys in the miner's console window. You may specify this option per-GPU. If you don't specify "-gt" or you specify value 0, the miner will use auto-tuning to determine the best GT value. Note that when the GPU is dual-mining, it ignores the "-gt" values, and uses "-sci" instead.

yes, it's pretty much the same. And with teamred? On AMD there's a noticeable difference (cca 1MH/s higher). Besides that I can see a much more consistent submitted share count compared to Teamred, t-rex and gminer. The graph is not so choppy but almost a nice straight line. This goes for nVidia cards as well.

It's honestly shocking (and highly alarming) that some of you are defending such random "fan" websites, while completely ignoring the premise of crypto where everything must be verified and validated. I bet that the Official PhoenixMiner developer will not be happy with the website in question, and has already made the following recommendation to all of us here: Please, please, do not download anything PhoenixMIner-releated from posts that are not from our account! And always compare the checksums - it is quite easy to do and can spare you a lot of trouble. Since we cannot verify the authenticity and integrity of the phoenixminer.org website - how can you guys possibly be defending it and making justifications for its existence? On Bitcoin-oriented message boards of all places?? *sigh*... Give your heads a shake. You are forgetting the whole reason why you are here in the first place...
