sumantso ... keen observation as BTCs will in all likelihood be needed to prime the pump ... however the value prop will be, I think, compelling.

Actually it's easy. Don't let these blokes to misguide you. The only thing you really have to take great care is the main.cpp.
Especially this part:

if(nHeight == 1)   
      nSubsidy = n * COIN;

Thanks Snail2 ... there have been many helpful people in this forum but because I am not a developer per se there are others who are just not very nice people. Rather than patience and assistance, they are critical and egocentric.

Anyway, thank you for the guidance.
