Hey all,
Whats the best time to sell besides christmas?
I think it should be obvious that when the market is up and you know that it has reached a certain price you should sell. Other than that December is the best time to sell . But i think that bitcoin should be a long time investment rather than short time. A person could get a huge profit out of it . |

Maybe it would be a good idea to sell when you have a profit around 10% and do the same thing over and over again by buying when there is a drop in the price for no obvious reason.

There is no way to know exact time to sell but sell when other are buying and buy back when other are selling just because of panic. Set your profit limits and take out profit when that limit will be met if you are quite nervous and panic about huge price volatility. Don't regret even when price will go above your selling point, try to remain satisfied with what you have made with it. |

There is no specific time to sell, when ever one is in dire need of money you can sell it and when the prices are higher only then you will be able to get profit from selling bitcoins and it all depends on each individual desire to sell the coins or to hold them for longer period of time as there is high possibility for the bitcoins to increase in value which is proved from past experiences. There are chances for the bitcoins to beat $ 40000 in the year 2018 and which is one of the reason for increased number of users in the bitcoin and crypto currency community.

When is the best time to sell or buy REITs stock, gold futures, WTI Crude Oil, any stock, or any commodity ETFs. If you can answer that question you will be able to do something that no trader in the world is capable of doing. Some of them are better than others but no trader does it successfully 100% of the time unless they are controlling the market (which is illegal for all markets except bitcoin and that’s why bitcoin is so dangerous to trade).
No one on this forum will ever be able to tell you when to buy or sell. If they did know the exact perfect time, why the fuck would they tell you?

Actually there's no guidelines as to whether what is the best time to sell bitcoin. Bitcoin price is not fixed, it is volatile which means it can grow or decrease anytime. Just set your standard or just sell your bitcoin on desired amount so that you will have no regrets if prices increase or decrease. |

maybe best time to sell on it is christmas for sure because a lot would dump and sell for them to buy some gifts..But we should always watch and alert for its rising..we really dont know when it will go down and will arise

According to me there is no best time to sell because as its rate goes up anytime you can sell or buy.. as its rate goes up may be some time its rate fall too so be careful and sell when you can get some benefits from it. so sell when you are ready to sell your BTC.

That is up to you. Really. Always set your goals with the ROI. Sell when you reach the goals. It is best not to sell out all at once and sell in small batches. Remember never panic sell. Price may dip today, but it will always bounce back

I hope you're talking about Bitcoin here so the best time to sell is when the price is higher than the price you bought it at. If you bought btc at $10,000 then the best time would be to sell it when the price is over $10,000. If you want a considerable return then wait a couple of months and keep observing the price. Once it attains a certain high then sell your btc. |

The best time to sell when the bitcoin value is over $20000. But this month the bitcoin is dump. But we expect that by January for sure, the bitcoin is very high value or gradually increases the value.

Whenever the price is going for a correction, then you sell. And when the trend reverses and the price starts to rise, then you buy. The rules are simple. In fact, there is only one rule: buy low, sell high, then repeat the cycle. Really simple, isn't it? |

Sell when you need to. You should keep that in mind and do not just sell because you feel like selling. If you are or want to be a trader then you have to take note that the best time to sell is when Bitcoin is at it's peak. Sell high, buy low. Season should not be the basis of selling nor buying since the price is unpredictable regardless of the season or event. |

There is no actual specific time you would want to sell your coins, it just depends on how much your target price is or profit from the amount of money you invested in. If you are good at 10% of profit from your investment then go ahead and sell them. You just have to set yourself a target profit amount of how much you want to earn from the investment you placed on a coin.

I think best time so sell is the value of it is gaining to profitable and it suits to you and you want the value but I prefer to hold it to maximum value of it. because you sell it now you repent on it. because value of each week or months its increasing so hold it for now.

In my opinion, now is not the right time. In your place, if you have any coins, I would keep them at least until the end of January 2018. It's really worth it because Bitcoin currently looks promising. |
