There are several different types of Bitcoin clients. The most secure are full nodes like Bitcoin Core, which will follow the rules of the network no matter what miners do. Even if every miner decided to create 1000 bitcoins per block, full nodes would stick to the rules and reject those blocks.

Your 3BpM9zm...-address is owned by an exchange, right? Both transactions are confirmed, that means the only one who can help you, is the exchange you sent it to. You'll have to contact their support and ask if they can credit your deposit anyway.
Nobody else can help you with this.

The balance shown on a block explorer is irrelevant after sending it to an exchange, as the address isn't yours. Think of it as depositing money to a bank: it doesn't matter to you how much is in their cash register, it only matters how much is added to your account.
