Unlike traditional banking where clients have only a few account numbers, with Bitcoin people can create an unlimited number of accounts (addresses). This can be used to easily track payments, and it improves anonymity.

This is the transaction ID from that address: https://blockchain.info/tx/e4949107d88227b1831efe9687ba7a38fa83b6e4dca0d66534e78a48be856470 (you used a very low fee on both this and below transaction).
In order for that transaction to receive a confirmation, the following transactions should be confirmed first (it's the parent transaction that is unconfirmed as well): https://blockchain.info/tx/ec9d8e9018fe4ba9da35042441a82fc7efab2fdf2ae0d3598f479a236f1b2a4b
On a side note: Both transactions can be included in a single block (if you manage to accelerate them together). You have to accelerate the parent transaction first, then the intended transaction (the one you posted the address from).

Which wallet you used for these?

You can try free/paid transaction accelerators out there (some might take a while [free accelerators] but it's better than nothing): https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=2624419.0
