And stratum+tcp://hash-to-coins.com:4444 this is not working for ASIC L3+.Please share preferred link and adjustable difficulty for Antminer L3+.

Can you please describe what happened?
Are you think that estimated statistics based on instantaneous values will exactly match your profit over all mining time?

I mined one coin for a few hours and then switched to other, manually. The stats for the first coin stayed shown on the home page for a while and then disappeared without making any change in balance. The balance for the second coin is still not updated either and I was already mining it for a few days. Am I going to lose whatever I mined for the second coin til now if I switch to a third coin?

I could not find anywhere the details of how H2C works in this respect. Could someone clarify how it works when a coin to mine is switched manually? When is it safe to switch?

Apparently, it is safe to switch right after a balance is updated, but what if I switch before that?

People say good things about this pool, I tend to stay on it, but I really need a clarification on how it works. The support e-mail address currently seems to be dead.

Any help will be greatly appreciated.

Hi,

Previous coin stats will show at least 10 minutes gradually decreasing. It's happened because the worker hashtrate calculated as an average value over last 10 minutes.
About the balance. You get coins every time pool solves block until block solved all your shares stored in the pool database. For some coins, it may take a while. See the "Time est" column to get an approximate idea of the time you need to spend to solve blocks.

90% of the pools out there work roughly the same way....

 Your miner works on block, earning shares together with others.

    if the pool never finds a block, you never get paid.
  Every pool will eventually earn a block  (assuming they stay on it mining it etc)
sometimes its not worth Sticking on a coin, as the diff shot way up, making it harder to find that block, etc.

  (hence why i manually switch)
My earned shares 'stick' until block is found.   even if its a week later etc.

   so, say some other pool finds a block, after the diff shot up...and the blocks found seem better.
 our pool (er this pool?) THE pool you are on, now has a better chance of finding blocks again...

 so you switch back to it. (if it found a block already, your shares are counted then) but if it hasnt yet, then you are ADDING new shares
to your 'share count'  (my words)

if the ESTmated time is 1month... you dont want to be mining on that coin, even if the Profit % is high... your still not going to find a block and make ANY value
until that estimated time ...

 ok 2 parts:   

     Ari block. you stopped mining, someone found a coin.    1) you can goto ...Transactions and see if it lists the coin as unconfirmed (or confirmed ..or other)   means OUR pool found the block.
2) if the % reset, means some other pool (or solo miner) found the block. and you wont get any coins showing in the transaction list.

   this is valid on EVERY pool site , except maybe f2p type. they have some differences... (tho, i think my above statement would hold up for them)
f2p pools... work differently, after block is found.   

h2c is a ....Multipool.   ie: multiple coins can be set to mined from one address  (in this case)
other multipools, do things differently... but the above still fits.

 why i like h2c: (the pool, dont know the admin! lol) 

    I can setup my miners and leave em run.    i can be at home, and check on the site, see that x coin, that i was mining, is low... so i can switch to something higher...
I dont use the auto switch.      i played with it. its ok.   but i like more control.

I tend to only do 5 coins.   if all 5 coins are low, i stick with (insert coin name here)
     usually the closest to 100 i can get.


    i do NOT like to choose the 300% ones... as they usually drop soon. (missed the boat)

i like the 110-200 ish range.   and i would use those.

Autoswitch: you can uncheck any of the coins you dont want to mine as well.  it never switches to those coins.

   the downfall of that:  the coin that was last on, that you used...  you stay there.  so the % dropped, but you are still there, while the pool went to the next coin.

 now if the 3rd coin, is on in your list, you will switch to THAT coin then.



     so each option has its up/downs :0

I est your pool time to time already for 10 month and always find it less profitable to mine as on other by 30% to 50%. And even more, it's realy frustrating, when mined coins disappear. People must be aware of this from very beginning.

same here. i think all the blocks are orphan because the dev didn't update wallet correctly. i spent 0.3btc to rent hash and it seem that i got nothing back.

the statistics is really accurate there and you get very close numbers in real.
In H2C the statistics usually is very nice, but finally the results are very disappointing and the real amount of mined coins even less by 10-20% compered with above mentioned pools.

Ok, thank you. Every time when some coin forked/attacked/broke the main dr.evil is the mining pool.
Why do you guys don't talk about recent GAME fork with coin developers? Or at least read a discussion of this strange fork to understand the situation?

Just ignore them ... some people think that crypto-mining = printing money.

There are those that don't seem to understand H2C is a PPS based on blocks found, and if a block is orphaned or the blockchain is broken (or even if a block hasn't been found yet, like LTC) they still expect to be rewarded.

There are many more that don't realise that quite a few coins are based on some blockchain project (notwithstanding the proliferation of shitcoins with no real reason or project).
