Are you adding the rigname in the -u WALLETADDRESS? If yes try without it.

Yeah, the wallet that's generated by CryptoNote Miner/simplewallet for Windows doesn't work.

[2017-12-27 15:47:45] Stratum authentication failed
[2017-12-27 15:47:45] ...retry after 10 seconds

I can't understand why people are in hurry to announce and start a blockchain which cannot be used properly.

Dev,

You should create a working wallet for windows and linux so majority of miners can use the blockchain.

I believe in the project, but we need a wallet and I hope the developer is working to give it to us sooner. Dev, The community needs news, communicate the progress with the wallet.

I am working as fast as i can to get a Windows wallet build out. I will let everyone know as soon as the Windows wallet is available, please stand by...

While we all appreciate your efforts to get anything done for this project, I would like to know or understand why you didn't prepare anything beforehand? What is the reason that you start with the most essential things after actually launching the project? It's totally weird and it makes people go away from this for sure.
