Hello Coinex admin, I have sent in multiple support tickets that say they have fixed the issue. I was going to sell my 11 million mooncoins when it went up to 37 satoshi each, and I have had these on hold for quite sometime. Please get my mooncoins off of "Held for orders" There are no orders for me to cancel, and it appears to be glitched... Is there any kind of compensation that CoinEx can do? I Love trading on your site, and I understand there might be issues every now and then, I am just really upset I could not sell my mooncoins when I wanted to. My account name is Scoremaster6. here is a link http://tinypic.com/r/2uiupv9/5 to the picture.Request received: Mooncoin stuck, 11.8 million moon "Held for orders" glitch Inbox x coinEX support@coinex.zendesk.com7:00 PM (14 hours ago) to me ##- Please type your reply above this line -## Your request (5867) has been received and is being reviewed by our support staff. I cannot view any sell order on the Moon/BTC or Moon/LTC page. My sell order is stuck and needs fixed please ------------------ Submitted from: https://coinex.pw/account/balances/MOON/details] Pay attention that my "request" is 5117 and never was replied. It seems that they have 3 issues for every single trade...

Thank you CoinEx! They just gave me 17million mooncoins to compensate me. I very much appreciate this being resolved fast! My 11.8 million was tied up and I could have sold for 37 which = 4.3 BTC, I am selling 17.8 million of them now for about 4.3 BTC, so they did compensate me and I am very pleased! thank you

So when are you guys going to add DigiByte to Coinex? It's the most promising recently released coin with much support from the community. It would be a good to see this coin on a reliable exchange.

Hey Guys,
I filed a support Ticket (#5418) Last night and was just inquiring about what would cause the issue I have and if there is anything I could do to avoid it.
Basically I bought moon on the moon/ltc charts. When the transaction took place, it took my ltc.. then gave me no moon and then put my ltc into a negative balance. Shortly after, another trade went through which put ltc into my glitched negative account. The negative balance ate a portion of my now new ltc balance and i still got no MOON. lol
As it stands my moon is sitting in a held status, I was just curious if would also be credited for the negative ltc glitch that occured when i purchased and what the general ETA on these tickets generally are
Cheers,
Will
It has been 3 days now since my moon have been stuck in limbo and on top of that the glitched negative ltc balance it gave me ate up profits from other trades when ltc hit the account. I have contacted support with the above ticket number and responded a few times to my original email and the only information I got was that it was added to a list for the dev and then an email saying my issue has been resolved. Im unsure if by being put on a list means i no longer need my ticket number in an unsolved state or if it was in error, but I am lacking any sort of response about what is going on. Coinex i doubt are scammers but they are either dealing with alot of issues or without dev support at this moment to resolve some of these more complex issues. I just hope the issue gets resolved soon as I am left holding a majority of my moon and have lost the ability to get out days ago and buy more today.

I am missing a bitcoin deposit to Coinex as well. I have tried to work things out with them. But they seem stuck on stupid. I have provided the block finder information. It showed that it was delivered there, but it hasn't been credited to my account. Coinex says they can't find it. I will be filing a complaint against them as well. Do anyone knows if this is the same Coinex here?
The head of a West Hollywood company that sells contracts for investments in coins and precious metals has been jailed for failing to set up an account covering possible damages from a customer's lawsuit.
Edward Mazur, chief executive of Coinex International, was jailed Monday for contempt of court. Mazur and Coinex had been ordered to turn over $260,250 or a corporate surety bond for the same amount to the federal court registry in Los Angeles.
Judge A. Wallace Tashima had issued a temporary restraining order in August requiring the deposit and freezing Coinex's assets, said Grace Carter, a lawyer representing Robert S. Richard, who filed suit Aug. 9 against Coinex. Mazur and Coinex were first ruled to be in contempt of court on Sept. 19 and were fined $500 for each day that the $260,250 deposit was not made, Carter said.
Mazur's attorney, Robert Sills, said Mazur hasn't paid the court because "he does not have, at this time, the personal cash resources to make a deposit like that."
Coinex is under investigation for possible securities laws violations. An affidavit filed in Los Angeles Superior Court by the state Department of Corporations accuses Coinex and its officers of unlawfully selling coin investment contracts as securities and "using investors' monies for their own account and personal benefit."
Richard's suit accuses Coinex of violations of federal commodities laws, fraud, racketeering and breach of contract and fiduciary duty. The suit seeks $260,250 in compensatory damages--the amount that the Alabama resident invested with Coinex to buy silver coin contracts. In addition, the suit seeks nearly $800,000 on the racketeering charge and $5 million in punitive damages.
The suit accuses Coinex of selling Richard contracts for silver coins that were "grossly overvalued," Carter said. The coins were never delivered, she said.
Sills said Mazur denies all the accusations in the lawsuit.
The state's affidavit also accuses Coinex of making untrue statements or omitting material facts in the sale of the coin contracts. In July, the Department of Corporations seized 70 boxes of corporate records from Coinex's Sunset Boulevard office, and those materials are still being reviewed, a spokesman said

Can you show a TXiD for the deposit, and an excerpt of the BTC details page, including transactions before and after the TXiD timestamp?

Can you show a TXiD for the deposit, and an excerpt of the BTC details page, including transactions before and after the TXiD timestamp? I received your PM with the deposit address, and I see the TXiD of a mining output that deposits directly to a deposit address that matches the first few digits of the amount you mention in the PM. 1. Is this a P2Pool mining output? 2. You did not include the CoinEX transactions for your account before and after the TXiD time-stamp in your PM.

He was mining on P2Pool, and paying out to his CoinEx deposit address.
I advised him to edit his existing ticket, and be sure to include
1. He disregarded their instructions and used P2Pool directly. 2. The TXid 3. The coin name 4. The deposit address
