It is a common myth that Bitcoin is ruled by a majority of miners. This is not true. Bitcoin miners "vote" on the ordering of transactions, but that's all they do. They can't vote to change the network rules.

some exchanger not really thigh about kyc proces, start from that exchanger so you dont need your id and foto taken. or we talk about anonymous coin ? the Monero, Dash, Verge and a few more.

So in this exchange I can buy without kyc? Any example?
And about monero dash and verge there is any transaction?

When theres no restriction from your country a local exchange is a good  choice but if theres restriction p2p transaction is your only choice.
