If you have got a problem with HitBTC, make an account on Reddit and then post a tyhread with your problem in the following subreddit:

https://www.reddit.com/r/hitbtc/

HitBTC staff patrol that subreddit and should answer your questions.

Quote for reference.
Thanks for sharing it, everyone has to note that link just in case you need it in the future.

This is not true. HitBTC is a very good exchange. I traded a lot of altcoins on HitBTC, and their withdrawal rate is also very fast. They don't seem to have been attacked by hackers. I trust HitBTC.

I won't say Hitbtc is a very good exchange. It maybe not a scam, but too many cases of pending withdrawals, hacked accounts, and poor support to answer all the tickets. Those are enough reasons to be careful and step aside.
You can find a lot of people share their experience with this site and give negative reviews.

HITBTC IS NOT SCAM!!! But there were some issues in December.

It seems that HitBTC's reputation is not very good. There are too many people who give HitBTC a negative opinion. I have some altcoins on HitBTC. Should I be able to withdraw them to my wallet?

Then I say yes HitBTC is not a scam because I have an account there so far I don't have encountered any troubles regarding withdrawal to their exchange site everything went smooth transactions. Probably they are lack of support team to resolve issues and that case your transaction and money will freezing to their exchange site. So, I think if you are a client their make it sure that every transaction you made be sure that everything was right and no errors.

I just signed up to the exchange as suggested by my friend, if it is a scam he could never suggest me. From this I believe this is one among the trusted exchange. Particularly issues arise with every exchange and the same might have happened with few users and for the same we cannot indicate it as a scam.

What is that for logic. I can use something for years and recommend it to a friend without knowing that it actually is a scam. I'm not saying HitBTC is a scam, because it likely isn't, but your logic isn't adding up.

On the other hand, I do agree that people should stop calling exchanges a scam just because they aren't working as we expect them to work. We just need to accept how exchanges aren't able to meet our standards.

We want the best, get a poor experience in the end, and we complain. This is how all exchanges are subject to the same complaints and user annoyances. Maybe it's time for people to use decentralized exchanges instead.

BSV is not the real Bcash. Bcash is the real Bcash.

People always need something extreme to happen in order to be forced into an alternative. As long as exchanges keep semi functioning (which they do) people are more than happy to stay. I'm not sure what eventually will make people switch to dex's, but it will take a couple of years before we even see a noticeable switch. The convenience need to increase a lot, the volumes, fiat trading still isn't decentralized and probably never will, etc.

It almost seems that the only way for these exchanges to vanish is when the altcoin bubble pops and these exchanges don't have anything to stay open for.
